APP強登錄相關問題
Guideline 5.1.1 - Legal - Privacy - Data Collection and Storage

We noticed that your app requires users to register or log in to access features that are not account based.
Apps may not require users to enter personal information to function, except when directly relevant to the core functionality of the app or required by law. For example, an e-commerce app should let users browse store offerings and other features that are not account based before being asked to register, or a restaurant app should allow users to explore the menu before placing an order. Registration must then only be required for account-specific features, such as saving items for future reference or placing an order.

To resolve this issue, please revise your app to let users freely access your app’s features that are not account based.

總結下來就是：你的APP是強登錄，蘋果要求后置登錄。除非是法律要求，或者是核心功能。
這個時候就只有兩個解決方式。
一：聽審核員的，老老實實改成后置登錄的方式，但這樣太麻煩了，后端前端都要從新設計開發，不推薦。
二：跟審核員battle。 從兩個方面說，核心功能、法律要求。

然后就是等待審核員的結果，我是周五提審的，周六給審核員回復的。周一審核員才通過。
補充一點：查看一下你APP的隱私政策里有沒有關于強登錄的說明，如果隱私政策里描述的是不登錄也能瀏覽，但APP是強登錄。審核員可能還是會拒絕的。

Guideline 2.3.12 - Performance - Accurate Metadata
We noticed you have included nondescript, temporary, or incomplete information in your app’s "What’s New" text.
The "What's New" text should inform users what has changed in your app since the last update. This includes new features and product changes, but also bug fixes, security updates, and performance improvements.
Next Steps
To resolve this issue, please revise your app’s "What’s New" text to include clear descriptions of any significant changes, including new features or product changes.
If your update simply addresses bug fixes, security, or other performance updates, stating so generically in your app's "What's New" text is sufficient. For example, "Bug fixes and performance improvements" would be appropriate in that case.
