前言

很多時候，我們的美美滴開發完了，并測試完成之后準備打包上傳到APPStore，卻發現被拒絕了，各種各樣的理由讓我們觸不及防，一直想整理匯總一下卻一直因為各種事耽誤著，好吧，整理了一些典型的方便自己日后查看（持續更新....）。

被拒原因分類

• Metadata Rejected 元數據被拒絕。

  點擊錯誤，在跳轉的網址中， 回答并發送被拒信息中的問題就ok了。 itunnes中，不需要再提交審核。 等蘋果公司回復郵件之后， 該應用會被自動上線。

** 很多人都說不需要重新提交，可是有時候我們回復了郵件后好久狀態還是沒有改變，我的做法是回復完后再次提交審核，并發上發生一封加急審核的郵件，在郵件中就說，很快就會被審核，也算是耍了一個花招。**
我們這個應用有很多用戶在等待使用，麻煩您幫忙盡快審核通過，謝謝了

另外你可以在iTunes -> 活動->APPStore 版本中看到，審核的時間都是在夜里凌晨，證明審核人員都是在美國本土的，所以回復信息和說明最好是用英文比較好。

• Binary Rejected 二進制文件被拒絕

  需要修改問題后重新生成二進制文件，并再次點擊審核按鈕上傳排隊等候審核。

常見被拒原因

需要說一下的是，以下的這些問題，也許你的應用里面有體現但是還是有可能審核通過，原因可能是審核人員當時心情好，或者他們沒有發現，也有可能你的應用沒有以下問題而被拒，很正常，畢竟他們有一千種理由拒絕你......../笑哭

1.應用的業務流程使審核人員感到迷惑

于是我認真的把這幾個問題盡可能詳細地回答了，并翻譯成英文回復了審核人員的郵件，再次提交了審核，并馬上發了一封加速審核的請求文件，就這樣給過了。

2.截圖不夠詳細被拒

**不足以？翻譯的很準確，就是不足以，意思是說，截圖太少了，于是我果斷的又增加了幾個應用截圖，果然給過了。

3.強制登錄被拒

我用英文回復了那封郵件 差不多100字，來說明我這個應用為什么要在用戶查看某些功能時需要強制登錄是因為這些都是跟用戶個人信息有關的所以需要登錄。

并在APP新版本的備注區也加上回復郵件的那些話（漢字，并不是回復郵件的英文）。再次提交審核就過來，看來審核人員還是挺通情達理的。??

4.應用內包含檢查更新功能

iOS 應用的版本更新必須通過 App Store 進行，自身 App 內不能包含提示更新功能。從2015年3月起，所有包含檢查更新功能的 App 都會被拒絕上架。

5.使用第三方登錄時未做安裝檢測

接入第三方登錄要檢測是否安裝了第三方客戶端，未安裝時不要顯示對應按鈕。2015年9月之前，通常可以采用判斷未安裝則隱藏登錄按鈕的方式。但目前隱藏按鈕的方式也可能被審核拒絕，QQ 和微博提供了 web 登錄的方式，如果判斷未安裝，需要允許用戶使用 webview 的登錄方式。蘋果在條款中有聲明不允許 iOS 應用的正常使用需要依賴另外一個 App。

6.采集設備IDFA但應用沒有廣告功能

從2014年2月起，Apple 開始拒絕采集 IDFA (identifier for advertising) 卻未集成任何廣告服務的應用進入 App Store。如果 App 本身沒有廣告，ASO100.com 建議可以在審核的時候顯示一個 Banner 廣告，并且放在比較明顯的位置，審核通過后關掉即可。

This does not comply with the terms of the iOS Developer Program License Agreement, as required by the App Store Review Guidelines. 7.含UGC卻未提供用戶協議及舉報功能

如果你的 App 內有發帖等UGC（用戶產生內容）功能，必須提供用戶協議，并留有內容舉報功能，否則就會被審核拒絕。

8.上傳時沒有使用真實的應用截圖

10.應用內出現第三方移動平臺的名字或圖標

一直以來，蘋果都不允許iOS開發者在進行軟件描述時提到 Android 版本，而自從2015年4月起，在 App 內、截圖等任何地方提到安卓、Android 的文字、圖標、系統界面都會被拒。曾經有電商 App，因為出現了售賣三星安卓手機而被拒。。。

11.應用內涉及獎勵，未聲明與蘋果無關

App 里有實物獎勵的話，不能使用蘋果產品（例如 iPhone 、iPad 等）作為獎品。另外一定要聲明“獎勵由本公司提供，與蘋果官方無關”。

12.未注冊時不能使用與賬號無關的功能

對于資訊等 App，在沒有進行與用戶信息相關的操作時，卻強行讓用戶登錄，甚至不登錄就無法看到任何內容，有可能會被拒絕。

13.iPhone 應用在 iPad 上不能正常顯示

iPhone程序必須不經修改就能以iPhone分辨率和2倍iPhone 3GS的分辨率在iPad上運行。即使你的App 只為 iPhone 用戶提供，在 iPad 上也必須能夠正常顯示，否則審核會被拒絕。

14.侵犯第三方版權

對于視頻、音樂、圖書類的應用很容易因為這一條而被拒。另外 ASO100.com 建議應用內最好不要出現第三方的商標，例如運營商的Logo、影視公司的 Logo 等。

15.應用截圖、名稱、描述等出現不雅詞匯

在應用截圖、名稱、描述等任何地方出現例如諸如 牛逼、綠茶婊、無節操、逗比 等詞匯，都會被蘋果審核拒絕。

17.注冊缺少隱私政策

如果應用包含注冊功能，注冊頁面必須提供隱私說明協議按鈕或者鏈接。另外在 iTunes connect 提交新版本的時候，Privacy Policy URL 必須要填寫。

22.應用提交的新版本與上一版差異過大

如果你提交的新版本應用與上一版相比，功能上變化過大，比如將游戲升級為工具類應用，或在新版本中完全改掉前一版產品的功能，則會被蘋果拒絕。

Specifically, the app has a whole content swap from a Game app to a Mobile Data Tracking app, which does not provide a good user experience when updating the app.

23.應用違反當地法律法規

應用程序必須遵守上線地區的法律法規，禁止含有賭博、色情、有償陪伴等違反法律的內容，尤其為用戶提供付費社交服務的APP，例如在線直播類APP，必須嚴格遵守相關規定。

24.應用作者名與金融機構名字不一致

針對理財、P2P等金融相關產品，蘋果增加規定
開發者的名字必須與APP內的金融機構名字保持一致，否則會被拒。
且由同一品牌的金融機構提供服務的APP，必須發布在同一個開發者賬號跟名稱下。

如果你已經代表委托人或者公司發布了這些APP，你的委托人或者公司應該注冊iOS開發者賬號，并把你添加到他們的開發者賬號里，這樣你就可以在他們賬號下面提交并發布APP了。

If you have published these apps on behalf of a client, it would be appropriate for your client to enroll in the iOS Developer Program, then add you to their development team so you can develop an app for them to submit under their developer account.

25.應用提供功能過于簡單

應用內的功能不能太過單一，蘋果雖然理念中提倡“簡單”，但并不代表能接受功能不夠完善的應用，他們對應用的核心要求，是希望能夠給用戶更有價值的體驗。當然，如果你的產品太有創意，可能蘋果的審核員沒能理解它的獨到之處，這樣的情況下，你可以通過申訴來更詳細的描述產品優勢，以便通過審核。

We found that your app only provides a very limited set of features. It only provides an augmented reality reader mechanism with no other functionality. While we value simplicity, we consider simplicity to be uncomplicated – not limited in features and functionality.

Apps should provide valuable utility or entertainment, draw people in by offering compelling capabilities or content, or enable people to do something they couldn’t do before or in a way they couldn’t do it before.

被拒很正常 ,之前上線過一些webapp版本，就是個web頁面+一個殼，但是客戶需要這東西呀，想法設法的上線，后來寫了一個偽界面，弄出幾個復雜原生頁面來，然后增加一個時間判斷，等到一個月以后再加載客戶需要的界面，沒想到這樣做居然通過了。

26.相機等隱私訪問提示語不明確

1、地圖定位方法放在打開地圖頁面，切說明使用定位的理由：“我們需要通過您的地理位置信息獲取您周邊的充電站相關數據”；

解決辦法：被拒原因寫著需要什么下載，結合發過來的圖，我猜測是由于我們的網絡請求進度條讓他們誤會了，誤認為是下載，雖然寫的是二進制文件拒絕。但是我沒有再次提交新的 iPA文件，我就解釋了下并告訴他們我們有幾萬的用戶在等待使用這個APP，請快點審核通過，果然，第二天就審核通過了，??。

28. Guideline 1.1.6 - Safety - Objectionable Content

`Your app's metadata contains misleading content or content that is intended to deceive users.

Please note that adding a disclaimer to the app description is not sufficient if the rest of the metadata and the app are misleading.

The next submission of this app may require a longer review time, and this app will not be eligible for an expedited review until this issue is resolved.

這個拒絕原因說我的APP欺騙用戶？最后發現這個APP我是在一個SDK的Dome的工程基礎上直接修改的，里面有SDK，Dome等字樣，而且在隱蔽的 InfoPlist.strings文件中居然設置的APP顯示的名字是 XXXSDK_Dome，估計審核時app的名稱就不是我提交到 iTunConnect 的名字，所以才會說我欺騙消費者，于是我修改了工程名稱，文件夾名稱，改好了重新提交了。

29.Guideline 2.1 - Information Needed

This type of app has been identified as one that may violate one or more of the following App Store Review Guidelines. Specifically, these types of apps often:

1.1.6 - Include false information, features, or misleading metadata
2.3.0 - Undergo significant concept changes after approval
2.3.1 - Have hidden or undocumented features, including hidden "switches" that redirect to a gambling or lottery website
3.1.1 - Use payment mechanisms other than in-app purchase to unlock features or functionality in the app
3.2.1 - Do not come from the financial institution performing the loan services
4.3.0 - Are a duplicate of another app or are conspicuously similar to another app
5.2.1 - Were not submitted by the legal entity that owns and is responsible for offering any services provided by the app
5.2.3 - Facilitate illegal file sharing or include the ability to save, convert, or download media from third party sources without explicit authorization from those sources
5.3.4 - Do not have the necessary licensing and permissions for all the locations where the app is used

Before we can continue with our review, please confirm that this app does not violate any of the above guidelines. You may reply to this message in Resolution Center or the App Review Information section in App Store Connect to verify this app’s compliance.

Given the tendency for apps of this type to violate the aforementioned guidelines, this review will take additional time. If at any time we discover that this app is in violation of these guidelines, the app will be rejected and removed from the App Store, and it may result in the termination of your Apple Developer Program account.

承接上面 28 的被拒理由后又出現了這個審核被拒，上面說的挺嚴重的，又是會被移除應用，又是開發者賬號可能會被注銷掉，有點嚇人。
我就回復了我的應用沒有違反上述任何條例，請盡快審核通過，因為幾十萬人在等待使用這款應用。又重新提交了。
