Thoughts
如何度過瓶頸期?先找到阻礙的原因,再針對這個阻礙點進行聯系突破。說起來很簡單,但是做起來一點都不容易。想起自己英語聽力瓶頸的突破經歷。自己的英文在班級里一直還不錯。但不是英文專業,所以也就停留在四六級。看原版電影或者聽原版新聞的能力根本不具備。后來看英文3D原版電影,帶上那破眼鏡,看字幕的時候非常影響欣賞電影的畫面。所以我前幾年的new year resolution就是要能達到看原版電影不看字幕的聽力水平。但是因為根本沒有去深究過我的困難點在哪里,所以每年這個目標都未達成。
直到去年加入讀書群,開始看書的時候也開始聽有聲書。記得當時Eric說他是邊開車邊聽,就跟聽音樂一樣,真是令我汗顏。因為我自己集中注意力都無法跟上。回想起來我也沒用什么特別的方法,就是多聽。就這樣到了今年,開始聽podcast的節目,round table,基本無障礙。也不知道從什么時候開始,有聲書也可以邊做別的事邊聽了。上個月看小黃人三,我帶著3D眼鏡刻意不看字幕,居然可以無障礙的跟劇情,邊看邊嗨。
總結一下我自己的這個瓶頸就是聽的太少了。我想可以用同樣的方法來練習寫作。
