自己搞一份材料朗讀錄音,用于存檔,以對比你一個月的進步。錄音的要求是,

時長要求為4分鐘,前后誤差5秒,也就是你要用3分55秒到4分5秒左右的

時間,把這段材料朗讀完。材料如下,請多打印幾份。

tosixminutes.

CPRcombinesbreathingintothevictim'smouthandrepeatedpressesonthechest.

CPRkeepsbloodandoxygenflowingtotheheartandbrain.

However,anewJapanesestudyquestionstheusefulnessofmouth-to-mouth

breathing.

ThestudywaspublishedintheBritishmedicalmagazine,TheLancet.DoctorsinTokyo

ledtheresearch.Itexaminedmorethanfourthousandpeoplewhohadsuffered

cardiacarrest.Inallthecases,witnessessawtheeventhappen.

Morethanonethousandofthevictimsreceivedsomekindofmedicalassistancefrom

witnesses.SevenhundredandtwelvereceivedCPR.Fourhundredandthirty-nine


receivedchestpressesonly.Nomouth-to-mouthrescuebreathsweregiventothem.

TheresearcherssayanykindofCPRimprovedchancesofthepatient'ssurvival.But,

theysaidthosepeopletreatedwithonlychestpressessufferedlessbraindamage.

Twenty-twopercentsurvivedwithgoodbrainability.Onlytenpercentofthevictims

treatedwithtraditionalCPRsurvivedwithgoodbrainability.

TheAmericanHeartAssociationchangeditsguidelinesforCPRchestpressesintwo

thousandfive.Itsaidpeopleshouldincreasethenumberofchestpressesfromfifteen

tothirtyforeverytwobreathsgiven.

GordonEwyisaheartdoctorattheUniversityofArizonaCollegeofMedicineinTucson.

Hewroteareportthatappearedwiththestudy.DoctorEwythinkstheCPRguidelines

shouldbechangedagain.Hesaidtheheartassociationshouldremoverescuebreaths

fromtheguidelines.

Hearguesthatmorewitnessestocardiacarrestswouldprovidetreatmentifrescue

breathsarenotapartofCPR.Hesaysthiswouldsavelives.Studiesshowthatmany

peopledonotwanttoperformmouth-to-mouthbreathingonastrangerforfearof

gettingadisease.

CardiacarrestkillsmorethanthreehundredthousandpeopleintheUnitedStates

everyyear.TheAmericanHeartAssociationsaysaboutninety-fivepercentofvictims


diebeforetheygettoamedicalcenter.
