第一次看這一集時差點哭了，這樣的豬媽媽給我來一打！我不知道別人家媽媽是怎樣的，我媽就是經常說：你連這個人都是我的，你能有什么秘密？什么都要告訴我！不準瞞著我！
但是，小孩子有自己的秘密，只是為了宣告自己獨立，他想要有自己的空間，希望自己能像個大人一樣成熟、獨立、自主，希望能得到父母的尊重。
有時候他們并不是一定要遮掩什么，他只是在爭取自己的存在感而已。
我兒子就經常跟我說：媽媽，這是我們的秘密，不要告訴爸爸。但是轉身他就跟爸爸說了。不要笑！這是小孩子的專屬特色。
它并不幼稚！它是很認真的秘密！就像佩奇的秘密盒子一樣認真。
豬媽媽非常有儀式感的給佩奇做了一個秘密盒子，然而佩奇并不知道什么是秘密，她問媽媽她該放什么進去，豬媽媽告訴她要自己做決定，而且讓佩奇不要告訴她。
好一個開明的媽媽！

佩奇有了秘密盒子，她去跟喬治和爸爸得瑟，并且不告訴他們她的秘密盒子里裝的是什么東西，那種“全天下只有我知道”的自豪感油然而生。
這種體驗每個孩子最好都來幾次，可以給青春期時的反叛做些緩沖，不過像豬媽媽豬爸爸那么開明的父母，就算佩奇青春期再反叛也可以化解吧？
當秘密盒子不止一個時，佩奇對秘密就不那么執著了，她開始覺得秘密不好玩，這點家里有不聽話的孩子可以借鑒學習，為什么孩子會不聽話反叛，大概就是父母對他的某些行為太在意，當秘密不再是秘密，小朋友便覺得沒勁兒了，這個要自己體會了。
但是也不能讓他一直沉浸在失落中，當佩奇開始郁悶自己的秘密盒子里的秘密沒有喬治的秘密多時，豬媽媽又用甜甜圈輕松化解。
旁白：Mummy Pig has made a special box for Peppa.
媽媽：Peppa, this box is just for you!"
佩奇：Thank you, Mummy!
媽媽：It's a secret box for you to keep secret things in.
佩奇：What things can I put in it, Mummy?
