這兩天寫筆記和閱讀的時間控制的不好，總是超時。原計劃每天給自己分配的時間是90分鐘，其中閱讀50分鐘，寫筆記40分鐘。當天的閱讀內容我會在前一天晚上閱讀，閱讀的時候用雙色筆，紅色標單詞，藍色標故事相關的重要點，不明白的地方也標個問號。第二天的空白時間我會把故事脈胳回顧一下，打個腹稿。晚上寫筆記的時候再重點回顧一下頭天晚上標記過的地方，該查單詞查單詞，沒懂明白的地方再讀一讀，做個回顧，挑出重點詞句。
昨天晚閱讀的時候，我特地計了時，閱讀時間超時大約18分鐘，主要浪費在一兩個句子的糾結上，這個習慣特別不好，特別是小說，根本沒必要糾結，讀下去就好了。今天晚上不能這樣。寫筆記的時間更長，整整拖了一個小時，電腦前寫東西，注意力老是被分散，一會兒上淘寶敗了瓶子，一會看個微信，一會有又去看個八卦，真是無語。以后寫東西，無關網頁統統關掉，不然時間全被浪費了。
言規正傳今天的筆記
Hannah獨自夜游回來忘了鎖門，這成了爹媽早上爭吵的導火索。一般父母爭吵的時候都會避開孩子，可以Hannah在他們眼里仿佛不存在一樣。“In fact, they act as if she isn't even there." 但是她卻會觀察父母一絲一毫的情緒變化，比如當警察說Lydia沒朋友的時候，她父親漲紅的臉；當警察說Lydia總是憂郁的時候，她母親情緒的失控，這一切細微的情緒都逃不過Hannah的眼睛。更讓人心痛的是父母呼和吵架她會一人躲在桌子下面，等父母離開才鉆出來，收拾地上的殘局。Hannah 為什么會被忽視，應該是有某種原因的。
從Nath的內心活動中，我們看到了他對Lydia和自己家庭的評價，一個奇怪的家庭，一個沒有朋友的家庭，一個格格不入的家庭（misfit)，這些他在警察面前最終選擇了沉默和哭泣。

當Marilyn說出那帶有侮辱的詞“kowtow”的時候，James選擇了默默離開家，原本預演了一個早上要跟Lousia說抱歉，卻又一次倒在了Lousia的溫柔鄉里。而Marilyn在女兒的遺物中發現了香煙和避孕套，讓她徹底崩潰了
在湖邊Hannah第一次和Nath親密地靠在一起，Nath告訴了Hannah家里從來沒人提起過的秘密，媽媽的失蹤和Lydia的落水。
James在Marilyn失蹤后，他居然把Marilyn撒了的留言條找到了，一條條拼了起來。當時看到Marilyn寫的那紙條，就覺得要完蛋了，如果James看到一定會誤解。Marilyn只是想找回自己的夢想，她還是愛孩子們和丈夫的。

把茶杯重重的摔在櫥柜上。clunk這個詞有動作還有聲音，所以畫面感十足。

Expressions
在今天的閱讀內容里，我們看到了James的另一面，說不出是一種什么感覺，細細體會一下這幾個句子。
1. ?Each time he sees one, he?folds the newsprint over?itself, as if wrapping up something rotten, before Marilyn or the children spot it. Only?in the safety?of his office does he?unroll the paper to read it carefully. Then he adds it to the growing stack in the locked drawer.
每天早上有關Lydia的報紙，James會趁Marilyn和Nath沒發現之事快速把報紙收起來，而在辦公室（作者在辦公室的前面加了個safety，很有諷刺的味道，一般來說家才是溫暖的港灣，而James的秘密都藏在辦公室）他會打開報紙，認真閱讀，因為他柜子的報紙都成堆了。為什么James不想讓家人看到報紙，我想有一部分原因是帶著種族性的標題，從這點上看，James此非常敏感，他知道別人怎么看他。但是不希望家人因此受到傷害。
2. Because you’re acting hysterical. You hear one news report and you get all these ideas in your head. Let it go.
這句蠻實用的，聽風就是雨。James這話可是憋在心里好久了，終于說出來了，說的很委婉。
3. One by one he plucked them from the cotton balls, the old newspapers, the tissues smudged with his wife’s lipsticked kiss. He had pieced them together on the kitchen table, matching torn edge to torn edge.
James居然可以把碎紙片從一堆垃圾里面一片片撿出，再拼上。這種男人好怕怕啊，太細線覆蓋了。還是粗線條好點。
