這部分內容絕對是這本書精髓。作者開始向Winston展示整個世界是全貌，以及他們是如何運轉的。聯系貫穿始終的三條口號，開始理解了第一條。War is peace. 我都不知道作者是怎么寫出來的這些內容。三足鼎立的世界。不但Winston收獲很大，我也收獲很大。打戰不打戰根本不重要，重要的是維持這個世界三個superstates相互制衡的局面。他們互不溝通，統治著自己國度的人們。戰爭只是他們維持統治的必要手段。War is peace.
