What is Daily Scrum?
As described in the Scrum Guide, the Daily Scrum is a 15-minute time-boxed event for the Development Team to synchronize activities and create a plan for the next 24 hours. This is done by inspecting the work since the last Daily Scrum and forecasting the work that could be done before the next one. The Daily Scrum is held at the same time and place each day to reduce complexity. Despite an often used term of daily standup, the Daily Scrum is not called a standup nor does the Scrum Guide say anywhere that you are required to "stand up".

- 時間一般是十五分鐘左右
- 目的是成員相互交流任務的進度和存在的問題
- 意義是便于監控項目狀態，促進項目進度
How does Daily Scrum proceed?
每個成員需回答問題：
- 自上次scrum以來我完成了哪些工作？
- 下次scrum之前我將完成哪些工作？
- 在工作中我遇到了哪些問題？
