原告——accuser, plaintiff(英), complainant, claimant,prosecutor（美） 1和5美國都可以用，5似乎更常用
被告——appellee, defendant(美&英), indictee, respondent, the accused 2和5較常用
律師——attorney（美）, barrister,counsellor（英）, gownsman, lawyer 1和3較常用，5是統稱
法官——bands, Deemster, gownsman,judge（美&英）, judiciary, justice,law-officer 4較常用，美英都可。其他都太正式，可能法律公文中會用吧
