#3 using minfulness is awesome!

When I was trying mindfulness, I found a new world.When listening to the music I've heard many times, I heard something new, something about structure, men's voice ,women's voice, the Dong.. Dong...Dong..I have noticed.
When I walk, when I talk, when I do anything, I can use a new perspective, It is really nice.
