前言
因為交易系統部的同事在測試研究Intel DPDK和Solarflare的低延遲性能,硬件是Dell R730,OS為RHEL7.2,之前也對DPDK有所了解借這個機會再多接觸一些,前者是開源方案但需要強大的技術團隊支撐,而后者卻是小眾但幾乎壟斷全球交易所的商業方案,隨著PCIe SSD,分布式存儲,萬兆交換機的崛起,這個市場也變得越來越活躍了。

測試過程
install sfc
#yum install packages
yum install gcc make kernel-devel perl autoconf automake libtool pciutils net-tools -y
#解壓執行安裝
cd openonload-201606/scripts
./onload_install
#reload onload
onload_tool reload
remove sfc
#unload onload
onload_tool unload
#remove sfc
modprobe –r sfc
#if found any sfc rpm, then remove them
rpm -qa | grep sfc
rpm -e *sfc*.rpm
#unintall onload
onload_uninstall
tuning
測試低延遲有條件建議先host直連再選擇交換機,簡單的ping無法驗證具體數據,可以采用sfnettest來評估
