End Rhyme
The poem has no regular scheme of end rhyme. However, line 1 rhymes with line 2 and line 5 with line 7. Each of these rhymes is masculine. Masculine rhyme occurs when only the final syllable of one line rhymes with the final syllable of another, as inyouandtoo(lines 1 and 2). There are no feminine rhymes in the poem. Feminine rhyme occurs when the final two syllables of a line rhyme with the final two syllables of another line, as insingingandringing.
于the admiring bog, 我覺(jué)的可以從兩方面理解。第一，admiring bog 可以代表那些想成為Somebody的人們，這就是一個(gè)集體，而這個(gè)集體在somebodies或者people who want to somebody他們看來(lái)是admiring的，也就是attractive, impressive. 第二，根據(jù)朗文和英漢大字典的解釋?zhuān)琤og: an area of low wet muddy ground, sometimes contains bushes or grasses, 所以bog 是不干凈的，臟的，復(fù)雜的。這樣的池塘形容為admiring，有一種諷刺的意味。而詩(shī)人在這首詩(shī)里是揚(yáng)Nobody抑Somebody的，解釋成反諷也是說(shuō)得通的。
都是個(gè)人理解，相互溝通。
這首詩(shī)大概寫(xiě)于1861年，當(dāng)年詩(shī)人正好31歲，此時(shí)的她漸漸開(kāi)始?xì)w隱。詩(shī)人在詩(shī)中表達(dá)要做一名無(wú)名之輩，并尋找有同樣追求之伙伴。同時(shí)，她鄙視所謂大人物之追名逐利，不屑與之為伍。最后，這首詩(shī)與我國(guó)文化淡泊明志不謀而合，即“人若想成事，必先斂氣，而成事之后，方知平淡是真。”
從語(yǔ)法上說(shuō)，詩(shī)人很巧妙地用“nobody”來(lái)代表自己，而用“somebody”來(lái)表示大人物，此舉對(duì)比強(qiáng)烈，甚至自此之后，英語(yǔ)多了一個(gè)不是諺語(yǔ)卻勝似諺語(yǔ)的表達(dá)。
