What a happy morning and blessed!
都是源于可以5.40 ashtanga，在帳篷里非常清涼的開始，慢慢就不再寒冷，感覺還是一股氣流，暈暈的，有些動作做不穩，stephnie開始chanting， 如此美妙的聲音，我如此lucky，雖然上輪只是一次成功，但還是美妙絕倫的體驗，尤其是hot water有了，連續很多天第一次可以洗頭，不熱但非冰涼就很滿足了！
帳篷外美景：氣勢磅礴的雪山和綠色山脈層層相疊，和諧而不同，陽光和冷空氣一起悠悠襲來，體會溫暖的難得，幸福感由衷涌現心田，深切體會陽光溫暖干凈衣物的美妙，我把自己唯一的兩個裙子疊加一起穿上，唯一干凈褲子，想到零上40度和零下20度以上只有一個雙肩包，佩服自己！
早餐也是美好，喝了無數杯chai，之后去散步，在山脈邊緣看到helicopter，無數鮮花和小的村落，感概難得的喜悅來自于雪山：冰凍的體驗，寒冷的侵襲，半夜醒來無法入眠的干渴，喝下幾滴水的冰涼浸透，全身包裹衣物和棉被的陣陣寒氣，凌晨打坐的專注，寒冷壓迫了酸痛，登山5小時膝蓋毫無感受的收益！所有體驗都是收獲，每次寒冷凜冽雪山之行都告訴自己不再追逐凍栗，但spiritual path has a lot to do with snow peak!

Kedarnath temple外雪地濕漉漉脫下鞋襪踩在地面麻木，浸心涼的哆嗦和真正感受冰凍逝去，心里一直想著悉達多的苦行僧冰凍半裸的體驗，Eddie說我們是人不是悉達多和太太穿了很多也匆匆離去，我一個人環顧四周的孤獨和不寂寞！來去路上一個人聽著黑塞再一次悉達多音頻，雖然很多部分是杜撰，但足以注入心田長久銘記！
早晨8.45開始bus，又一次意外， 頭天晚上bus分開時satya say “ see u when I see u!” 多么好的心境和情景！
兩天上山下山山上因為寒凍和沒有瑜伽情緒也是blue，現在一切明媚，ashtanga可以去除體內熱量，如果內觀和ashtanga都完成就是完美！開始一天都是high 和陽光，外部環境沒有關聯。
10am到了 Temple of power ，Goddess of learning ，Puja for 20 minutes ，一起chanting haliyong？我非常喜歡的Kalimath temple，Meditation one hour under sun bells river sound and wind ，之后一起照相后，和Sharathji合影，和他兒子Sam selfi，他告訴我去過hongkong和上海，我對他喜愛至極，圓圓臉蛋很想親一口，“meat on the cheek”我對Sara形容sam的描述，美國人的她笑死了！
了解到Fab India，需要買衣服啦！
了解到Rudraksha tears of shiva, sandal wood都是holly thing。我全身都是priest blessed stuff，用錢換來也是福氣！
路上和西班牙女孩Marta一起，她說" u are the Grace that Sarah is saying Best roommate! "我的ego滿足一下，Marta yatra之后會follow autograph of yogi path，我看了itinerary非常有意思，可以是未來一個route，我問她和伊朗男士是否相信書里miracles，都一口同聲，yes！但你的quantum system 到達一個層次，都可以體驗到，因為沒有看到沒有體驗到所以不信任；我問Robert，他也說yes，說他自己曾在以色列沙漠里體驗到出體，看到自己body在吃飯，從高空觀察，知道自己不是body！
我在疑惑是否有類似mysore studio in Shanghai?回來查了一下沒有，因為不賺錢，都必須是真愛瑜伽老師常年練習自告奮勇做！上海非此氛圍！

回到camp當地人來賣2013年災難后NGO女人們編織手工制品，雖然本著不買任何東西原則，我2pm買了兩個當地scarf，來到helicopter地點，和一個印度女孩angeli聊起來，她是infusus公司software engineer，一家人帶著祖父母來這里，會去四個holy temple，我學習到：
Kedarnath Badrinath Gangotri Yamunotri：The four places in Uttarakhand
The Chota Char Dham (Devanagari: ???? ??? ???) (literally translated as 'the small four abodes/seats', meaning 'the small circuit of four abodes/seats'), is an important Hindupilgrimage circuit on the under upgradation Chardham Road Highway and under construction Chota Char Dham Railway[1] in the Indian Himalayas. Located in the Garhwalregion of the state of Uttarakhand (formerly the northwestern section of Uttar Pradesh), the circuit consists of four sites—Yamunotri (Hindi: ????????), Gangotri (Hindi: ????????), Kedarnath(Hindi: ????????), and Badrinath (Hindi: ????????).[2]Badrinath is also one of the four destinations (with each destination being in different corners of the country) of the longer Char Dham from which the Chota Char Dham likely draws its name.
The temple is not directly accessible by road and has to be reached by a 18 kilometres (11 mi) uphill trek from Gaurikund. Pony and manchan service is available to reach the structure. According to Hindu legends, the temple was initially built by Pandavas, and is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, the holiest Hindu shrines of Shiva . It is one of the 275 Paadal Petra Sthalams, expounded in Tevaram. Pandavas were supposed to have pleased Shiva by doing penance in Kedarnath . The temple is one of the four major sites in India's Chota Char Dham pilgrimage of Northern Himalayas. This temple is the highest among the 12 Jyotirlingas.Kedarnath was the worst affected area during the 2013 flash floods in North India. The temple complex, surrounding areas and Kedarnath town suffered extensive damage, but the temple structure did not suffer any "major" damage, apart from a few cracks on one side of the four walls which was caused by the flowing debris from the higher mountains. A large rock among the debris acted as a barrier, protecting the temple from the flood. The surrounding premises and other buildings in market area were heavily damaged.

Pandavas visit Kedarnath after Mahabharata war
The temple, at a height of 3,583 m (11,755 ft), 223 km from Rishikesh, on the shores of Mandakini river, a tributary of Ganga, is a stone edifice of unknown date.[8] It is not certain who built the original Kedarnath temple and when. The name "Kedarnath" means "the lord of the field": it derives from the Sanskrit words kedara("field") and natha ("lord"). The text Kashi Kedara Mahatmya states that it is so called because "the crop of liberation" grows here.[9]
According to a mythological account, the god Shiva agreed to dwell here at the request of Nara-Narayana.[9] After the Kurukshetra War, the Pandava brothers, came here to meet Shiva on the advice of the sage Vyasa, because they wanted to seek forgiveness for killing their kin during the war. However, Shiva did not want to forgive them: so, he turned into a bull and hid among the cattle on the hill. When the Pandavas managed to track him, he tried to disappear by sinking himself head-first into the ground. One of the brothers grabbed his tail, forcing him to appear before them and forgive them. The Pandava brothers then built the first temple at Kedarnath. The portions of Shiva's body later appeared at four other locations; and collectively, these five places came to be known as the five Kedaras ("Panch Kedar"); the head of the bull appeared at the location of the Pashupatinath Temple in present-day Nepal.

我們camp所在地Guptakashi, Gupta Kashi or Guptkashi is a fairly large town located at an elevation of 1,319 metres (4,327 ft) in the Kedar-khanda ('khanda' means "sector"), in Garhwal Himalayas of Rudraprayag district in Uttrakhand, India. It is known for its ancient Vishwanath Temple dedicated to the god Shiva, which is similar to the one in Varanasi (Kashi). The other well known temple here is dedicated to Ardhanareshvara, a half man half woman form of Shiva and Parvati. The name Guptakashi has legendary significance linked to the Pandavas, the heroes of the Hindu epic Mahabharata.Its religious importance is considered next to that of Varanasi, believed to be the most pious of all Hindu pilgrimage places.
剛剛送走印度一家人，Prem 被上帝派來，看到我在看書說她認識我看的書作者Saraswati20年，有自己center to empower women，每年只收5000rupee，說saraswami和sadhguru都是commercial，推薦我認識真正guru，mooji，我了解到是jamaica一位enlightened guru，解釋samathi含義：沒有mind，一切都是consciousness，沒有自己，沒有界限！她帶領women世界各地pirigrim，我認為是上帝派來使者，結婚不是她要的但堅持到丈夫去世搬到rishikesh，喜歡ganga，我告訴他我的問題， I am so disappointed and upset with myself on not fulfilling business growth expectation, struggle and give myself a break for spiritual path which has been there all along! 她其實啥也沒建議，就是讓我從內心自己找答案，不要依賴guru。
就這樣我們在temple再次見面，她一直指引我如何做pooja，還有和shiva使者溝通自己message: I will be at your sera for people wellbeing in China and all over the world, devoting to spiritual path! 開始arati at Guptakashi Temple，我在最前方和Nicolay一起，成為朋友，邀請他參加Prem meditation，晚餐時候和大家說了facebook ashtanga yoga yatra2018設立，并不容易getting everyone in，我反正也閑著，不敢多吃東西，就一個個加，之后直接去了helicopter terrance，迎接一個難忘的full moon meditation。
