原句是The friendship would/ should live long.是一個虛擬語氣，是人們為了表達對待友情的一種美好祝愿。
The friendship 主語? would/ should live? 謂語? long狀?
為了強調、突出等詞語的目的而顛倒原有語序，所以顛倒之后是：
Long live would / should the friendship.
但是為了便于交流，人們習慣了省略了would,所以才有了現在的Long live the friendship.并不是所謂的固定搭配，所以平時要注意思維的轉換。
