大賽參與方式：
微演說組：在指定時間內提交3—5分鐘時長的文字稿+音頻/視頻
書畫組：在指定時間內提交一幅表達主題的原創書法、繪畫、攝影作品
文藝組：在指定時間內提交歌舞、朗誦等藝術作品來表達
Contest Participation Methods:
Micro Speech Group:submit text + audio / video of 3 - 5 minute within the specified time.
Painting Group: submit a original calligraphy, painting, or photography
which can express its theme within the specified time
Literary Group: submit dance, recitation and other works of art to express
within the specified time.
