Joffrey當著Hound的面侮辱Tyrion，Tyrion表現(xiàn)出難得的長輩的樣子，還擊了Joffrey，甚至還打了他，雖然沒有幾句話，但這一段很精彩，很好地帶出小惡魔與其Lannister家族的矛盾所在，也提前給觀眾透露出一點信息：Joffrey還沒有長大！
Joffrey：?Better-looking bitches than you're used to, Uncle. My mother's been looking for you.?We ride for King's Landing today.
Tyrion:?Before you go,?you will call on Lord and Lady Stark and offer your sympathies.
Joffrey：?What good?will my sympathies do them?
Tyrion:?None. But it is expected of you. Your absence has already been noted.
Joffrey：?The?boy means nothing to me. And I can't stand the wailing of women. Ah!
Tyrion:?One word and I'll hit you again.
Joffrey：?I'm telling mother!
Tyrion:?GO! Tell her. But first you will get to Lord and Lady Stark and you will fall on your knees in front of them and tell them how very sorry you are, that you are at their service, and that all your prayers are with them. Do you understand?
Joffrey：You?can't......
Tyrion:?Do you understand?
Hound：?The prince will remember that, little lord.
Tyrion:?I hope so. If he forgets, be a good dog and remind him. Ah. Time for breakfast.
本期：
Tyrion與Cersei和Jaime以及孩子們一起吃早餐，期間談及關于Bran的情況，Tyrion說應該會好起來的，Cersei說那樣太殘忍了，其實她表達的是最好不要醒過來，而Tyrion卻說他很想聽聽Bran醒來怎么說，Jaime的表達更直接，干脆說懷疑Tyrion的立場，但不管怎么樣，他還是不希望Tyrion去當北境長城。
Tyrion:??Bread. And two of those little fish. And a mug of dark beer to wash it down. And bacon, burned black.
Jaime?：?Little brother.
Tyrion:??Beloved siblings.
Myrcella：?Is Bran going to die?
Tyrion:??Apparently not.
Cersei：What do you mean?
Tyrion:??The Maester says the boy may live.
Cersei：?It's no mercy, letting a child linger in such pain.
Tyrion:??Only the gods know for certain. All the rest of us can do is pray. The charms of the north seem entirely lost on you.
Cersei：?I still can't believe you're going. It's ridiculous even for you.
Tyrion:?Where's your sense of wonder? The greatest structure ever built, the intrepid men of The Night's Watch, the wintry abode of the White Walkers.
Jaime?：?Tell me you're not thinking of taking the black.
Tyrion:??And go celibate? No, the whores would go begging from Dorne to Casterly Rock. No, I just want to stand on top of the wall and piss off the edge of the world.
Cersei：?The children don't need to hear your filth. Come.
Jaime?：?Even if the boy lives, he'll be a cripple, a grotesque. Give me a good clean death any day.
Tyrion:??Speaking for the grotesques, I'd have to disagree. Dead is so final, whereas life...Ah, life is full of possibilities. I hope the boy does wake. I'd be very interested to hear what he has to say.

從整個對話，我們不難看出，三人雖然是一家人，卻有著不同的想法，分歧已不只是一兩天，也不只是一兩件事兒。
