-02-翻譯時(shí)的難處
嚴(yán)復(fù)曾總結(jié)過(guò)翻譯的三大要素，信、達(dá)、雅。即：翻譯作品內(nèi)容忠實(shí)于原文謂信，文辭暢達(dá)謂達(dá)，有文采謂雅。翻譯時(shí)首先求信，忠實(shí)原文；其次求達(dá)，順暢；再而求雅，經(jīng)過(guò)修飾，增加辭藻。層層遞進(jìn)。
因?yàn)槲幕尘安町悾煌瑖?guó)家間的語(yǔ)言往往大有差異，不見得經(jīng)常可以找到相互吻合的詞匯進(jìn)行翻譯轉(zhuǎn)換。所以經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)要兜圈子解釋一個(gè)名詞，或者是將該名詞大寫專有化來(lái)翻譯。
除此之外，翻譯時(shí)若是長(zhǎng)句段落文章等，還要考慮整體語(yǔ)境。我會(huì)將暗含的語(yǔ)境用括號(hào)補(bǔ)充出來(lái)。這就要求譯者理解得更透徹，需要搜索更多的知識(shí)來(lái)補(bǔ)足語(yǔ)境文化差異。
整體來(lái)說(shuō)，翻譯最重要的是基于讀者可理解，能接受為主。
