REX池有四個(gè)資源：
-CPU，NET貸款
-RAM交易費(fèi)

這些收益將立即按比例分配給REX。
在v1.8.3中，它將從收集到REX階段的收益開(kāi)始的12小時(shí)內(nèi)，在30天內(nèi)線性分配時(shí)間。
REX->下限unlent余額->高租金（防止價(jià)格過(guò)低）
先前版本：
-未借出token不能少于已借出token的20％
-未借出token不能少于總token數(shù)的1/6
賣單隊(duì)列：
-將賣單延遲到賣單隊(duì)列中，以不觸發(fā)下限
1.8.3版本：
-未借出token不能少于借記token的10％
-未借出token不能少于總token數(shù)的1/5

There are four resources for the REX Pool:

These proceeds will be distributed pro rata to REX instantly.
In v1.8.3, it will distributed in linear time over 30 days starting within 12 hour from the proceeds collected into the REX staging.
REX -> lower bound unlent balance -> high rental price (to prevent too cheap)

Sell Queue:
delay the sell order into a sell queue to not violating lower bound
