HuaGuoYuan is a NongJiaLe located in RongXian, the owners of it were farmer decades years ago, but they lost their fields when ShuangXi lake was built, then these farmers had nothing to do but found work in city, as their lack of skill, they could only found some laborhood job, the limited earning was just enough for food, life was hard to them. Like all the tough people, they didn’t satisfied with the current, they want to change. What they need was a chance.
God always cares about the kind. The chance was coming.
The beauty of ShangXi lake attracted many visitors, not only native residents but also the outer people, it was obvius that they would spent money on their eating, tourism, sleeping, and other entertainment. For a folk, we didn’t have enough money to build a hotel, but build a boat is possible. So firstly, the farmer in HuaGuoYuan began to start their own business with a small boat which could only carry 6 persons, but the result is satisfied, if they continue working as a traditional farmer, they couldn’t earn that much money forever, they found that is a shortcut to better life, so the boat was made to bigger, one boat became two, then three.
There’s no tree that is always green, so does the boat business. When there were almost 100 boats, when the visitors had experienced the activity too many times, this business wasn’t as hot as the early period. The clever farmers were thinking about changing again.
The visitors would like to eat some native food, they also wanted to experience countryside life, especially breath the fresh air. So the farmers decided to decorate their house to satisfy those visitors, once they came, they could enjoy the farmer’s production, like chicken, duck, rabbit,sheep, vegetable, fruit, as well as the fish from ShuangXi lake. After the dinner, they could play cards beneath the tree, their kids could play games on the ground, the old could have a walk on the country road, each kind of people could have fun here, “woo, what a fresh air, I haven’t breath it in the city for a long time”, many visitors would say that. With the development of economy, the muddy road has turned into concrete, more and more families have their own cars, so they could drive here in only a few minutes. Now all of us call this kind of restaurant NongJiaLe, of cause HuaGuoYuan is one of the earliest one. As time goes by, the owner of HuaGuoYuan has passed to the next generation, the young owner bring many modern things here, now the visitors could surf the internet through wifi, they have their own cars for transport, the constructions are more and more pleasant, the plants are more and more beautiful as well.
