今年是中國實(shí)施“十三五”規(guī)劃開局之年，我們積極適應(yīng)和引領(lǐng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)，堅(jiān)持全面深化改革，堅(jiān)持創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展，加快經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變和經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整，經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行在合理區(qū)間。前三季度，中國經(jīng)濟(jì)增速為6.7%，最終消費(fèi)支出對國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值增長貢獻(xiàn)率達(dá)到71%，第三產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值占國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值比重上升至52.8%，單位國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值能耗同比下降5.2%，新增城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)1067萬人，城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距繼續(xù)縮小。中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展質(zhì)量和效益不斷提升，新動力正在強(qiáng)化，新業(yè)態(tài)不斷出現(xiàn)，很多地區(qū)很多產(chǎn)業(yè)都在發(fā)生可喜變革，有利因素進(jìn)一步累積。

This year is the beginning year of its 13th Five-Year Plan. We have been actively steering the new normal of economic development to which we've always adapted by carrying out reform across the board, pursuing innovation-driven development and accelerateing the shift of growth model and economic structural adjustment. All these efforts keep the operation of China’s economy within a proper range. In the first three quarters this year, China’s GDP grew by 6.7%. Final consumption expenditure contributed to 71% of GDP growth. The added value created by services climbed up to 52.8% of GDP. The energy consumption per unit of GDP dropped by 5.2% year on year.A total of10.67 million urban jobs were created, and theincomegap between urban and rural?incomecontinued to narrow. The performance of China’s economy has steadily improved; new driving forces are being enforced; new businesses are emerging; and many regions and sectors are going through?encouraging transformation. All this shows that?enabling factorsare?futher acceleratedgrowing in strength.
