寫到這里 我想起了曾經寫過的一篇文 暫且叫它為“逆風飛翔 暗光成長”吧
2016/4/20 雨
從昨天便說要下的雨水，終于落降了。隨其而至的是上班時交通擁堵的無涯荒野以及在清新空氣里不時漸大而小的水與物體碰及的聲響。
最近的事情不少，但正在一件一件地計劃，實施與完成；生命也出現了新的可能，等到那個時候，我一定會非常欣慰和感謝現在的自己。就如同我不后悔之前的經歷，并感恩著那段努力而孤獨的時光，現在我愈發喜歡和享受，雖然它注定及意味著痛苦，但同時也象征著改變和光明的前路。
心態的話，現在正逐步的趨于和緩。最好的體現在于，無論是在做瑜伽時，還是練字讀書時，我都會變得專注和寧靜，我喜好這樣的感覺，因為它能更深入地關注體察自己，能讓我更貼合與更好地和自己相處，和生命及生活相處。
