今天我們討論如何做一件事，這個討論有一個前提，就是僅限于那些沒有較大財務風險的事。
1.收集信息，思考記錄，尋找短期較優方案。
做一件事情，事先定位、推演、論證，并記錄這一過程，再循環多次。直到在沒有新信息帶入情況下，已經很難再有改善方案了，這時的方案已經是當下較優的方案了。
最優方案，從短期來看的確是有，但是從長期來看只有更優方案。隨著時間的推進周圍環境一直在變，自己的認知水平一直變，我們會不斷認識到那些更好選擇的存在。
2.啟動的時間和條件。
當有較優選擇方案時，如果沒有很大財務風險，最好馬上啟動開始，進入從0到1的過程。我們做任何決定時、信息都是不完整的，而使得信息越來越完整的唯一方式就是“做”本身，只有去“做”才能獲得更多的反饋和信息，才能優化我們的即有選擇。所以，等到最好條件出現才能啟動是一個駁論。
3.快速啟動的優勢。
有較優選擇方案時，快速啟動，會把我們的注意力和時間聚焦到如何把事情做好上，而不是如何更好的開始啟動上，從而節省大量的注意力和時間。
在一些特定機會面前，時間尤為珍貴，如果你能夠特立獨行且正確，會有巨大的收獲。
當你看好一件事，但是大多數人卻不看好，如果結果證明你是正確的。那么，大家都不看好的這么一段時間被稱為稱傻瓜窗口期，在這段時間，你不要回頭看別人只管一直跑、一直跑，這樣你就會看到別人看不到的風景。
4.初心的堅持和舍棄。
