把蘋果手機賬號 加入到項目中 https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/
這樣打包上傳后，直接testflight下載即可。
testflight需要單獨下載一個testflight app。而且需要對方的蘋果賬號。有個問題就是不能用已經存在的賬號。會添加不上。
蒲公英
是獲取手機uuid，然后加入到 https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/devices/list
中，然后再打包蘋果ipa，導出，選custom，選第4個，或者第2個，上傳蒲公英， 然后訪問蒲公英即可下載。

Distribute with development signing to registered devices
基本上都是公司和個人證書，現在企業證書搞不下來了。
蒲公英好處就是對方把uuid發給你就行。就可以直接安裝測試包。
但是需要開啟開發者模式。
