哦刷個(gè)朋友圈20分鐘,看看淘寶的衣服20分鐘,再看看要買(mǎi)的畫(huà)材,顏料,20分鐘,對(duì)比對(duì)比水彩紙……oh god 快兩個(gè)小時(shí)過(guò)去了
呵呵,原本我可以看兩集電視,看幾十頁(yè)書(shū)了,but 好像什么都沒(méi)做,還支出了不少。看來(lái)興趣愛(ài)好不僅僅幫助你提升自我,而且還遏制了隨意消費(fèi)的行為。以后隨時(shí)隨地構(gòu)思畫(huà)畫(huà)嘍。
好心疼我的time,還是不繼續(xù)記錄下去了,讀書(shū)吧,把浪費(fèi)的時(shí)間擠出來(lái)……
良好的管理時(shí)間和珍惜時(shí)間的習(xí)慣多么重要,當(dāng)然自律也很重要,所謂的低配版生活其實(shí)都是自己營(yíng)造的,明明可以很高效率完成卻將自己淹沒(méi)在無(wú)效的娛樂(lè)里。偶爾可以,絕不能經(jīng)常,太奢侈浪費(fèi)了。
周一成了我和老白的休息日,但愿以后的休息日能重合,這樣會(huì)很方便~

As you get older, it feels like time tends to move faster. As Dan Ariely explains over at The Wall Street Journal, we tend to fall into familiar routinesas/whenwe age and that makes time move quickly.

We perceive time as something like a stack of memories, so the less new experiences you have, thelikely(likely) you are to fill in those memories with interesting things.

What can we do about this? Maybe we need some new app that will encourage us to try out new experiences, point out things we’ve never done, recommend dishes we’ve never tasted and suggest places we` ve never been. Such an app canmake our lives more varied, encourage us to try new things, slow down the passage of time and increase our happiness.
對(duì)此,我們?cè)撛趺崔k呢?或許我們需要一些新的應(yīng)用來(lái)鼓勵(lì)我們嘗試新經(jīng)歷、指出我們還沒(méi)做過(guò)的事情、給我們推薦沒(méi)有嘗試過(guò)的菜和沒(méi)有去過(guò)的地方。這樣的應(yīng)用可以讓我們的生活更加豐富,刺激我們?nèi)L試新鮮的事物,讓時(shí)光放慢腳步并且讓我們更加快樂(lè)。
If such an app arrives, try to do at least one new thing every week. It’s not too difficult to pushyourself/ourselvesto do new things.
在這種應(yīng)用被發(fā)明出來(lái)以前,每周至少?lài)L試一件新的事物吧。逼自己去嘗試新的事物吧!
