1. Question everything. 質(zhì)疑周遭的一切。
The most uncomfortable thing one can do is to question everything that is taken for granted and seek answers. Try to see the other side of the norm.
最讓人不適的事情就是質(zhì)疑一切被人們習(xí)以為常的事情,并且去尋找答案,嘗試去認(rèn)識(shí)常規(guī)事物的另一面。
2. Be honest. 保持誠(chéng)實(shí)。
Being the most honest you've ever been with someone in your life will be one of the most uncomfortable things you can do, but it could also be the most valuable.
在你生活中遇到的某人面前保持前所未及的誠(chéng)實(shí)態(tài)度,這也將是你做過(guò)的最令人難受的事情之一。不過(guò)它也可能成為最有價(jià)值的一件事。
3. Wake up extremely early. 起床超級(jí)無(wú)敵早。

9. Pick just one thing to master at a time. 每次只選擇一件事情并完成它。
If you're constantly changing interests, you're never going to discover your own internal progress. So pick one thing and become progressively committed to mastering it. It doesn't matter what it is. Anything will do, as long as you do.
如果你想做的事總是在變幻,你永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)察覺(jué)到自己內(nèi)在的進(jìn)步幅度。所以你應(yīng)該選定一件事,下定決心,一步一步地完成它。這件事是什么不重要,任何事情都可以,只要你真正去做。
