應對多媒體新時期網絡安全問題,我認為,首先要提高網絡安全宣傳教育,網絡上的言論大致分為兩種,一部分人是從眾心理作祟,別人批判,他就跟風批判;別人吹捧,他也效而仿之;還有一部分人是盲目求異心理,大家都贊成、褒獎,他覺得自己得有點不同的想法和聲音才能吸引大家的關注,有點語不驚人死不休的意味。無論是哪種心理,究其原因都是因為對網絡安全知識的淡泊,加強網絡安全宣傳教育,讓網民在合法的前提下言論自由。
加強網絡安全法制建設也必不可少,國家相繼頒布了一系列法律規定網絡秩序,但都是一些原則性規范,實質性仍然有待完善。
