Inner peace

In fact, I don’t know what to write today. I’m troubled by my stubborn allergic nasitis all day long and my head is on the edge of bombing. I couldn’t calm down and work peacefully. Really annoying.

My nose is aching because I blew my nose so hard and so frequently. One ridiculous idea once flashed into my mind: I really want to cut my nose off or move the pain to another part of my body. I hate the persistent pain sticking at the same place. I had the same feeling after I pulled my wisdom tooth.

Such persistent pain always annoyed me and distracted my attention. And the more I pay attention to what I’m doing ,the more painful I’ll feel.

Maybe I should learn to meditate. It’s too hard for me to get into the state of inner peace. I’ve decided to practice meditating for so many times but seldom took actions. I tried once but I gradually got asleep and got nothing and then I gave up.

Reading without stopping for over 1 hour is a good way for me to get inner peace and I enjoy reading over an hour in the early morning and at late night. I recommend reading in a big chunk of time instead of fragmentation time.

Running is another way for me to get inner peace. In the first few miles, all kinds of ideas flash into and out of my mind. But the longer I run, the less I think about. And my mind gradually turn into a empty state and I enjoy the most relaxing time although my legs become more and more heavy.

We have our special way to get inner peace and what about yours?
