S10E01 - After Joey and Rachel Kiss

• Rachel 也想和 Ross 說清楚，但 Ross 在酒店拿的 300 支洗發膏漏在包里了，沒辦法說話

S10E02 - Ross is Fine

• Rachel 和 Joey、Charlie 到 Ross 家吃飯，席間 Ross 一直亢奮無比，最后留下 Joey 陪他
• Monica 跟 Chandler 去 Bill and Colleen 家討教經驗
• Phoebe 建議 Monica 和 Chandler 向她朋友 Bill and Colleen 討教領養孩子的經驗
• Joey 擔心 Ross，陪了他一整晚
• Chandler 無意間告訴 Owen 他是被領養來的，還無意間告訴三胞胎他們是 Phoebe 生的
• Ross 亢奮了一整集，睡了一覺之后才冷靜了下來，和 Joey 好好聊了一會兒

S10E03 - Ross's Tan

• Rachel 想和 Joey 關系進一步，可是總有各種問題
• Monica 和 Phoebe 遇到了當年的老 “朋友” Amanda，喜歡炫耀和假裝英國腔的胖子
• Phoebe 以前想和 Monica 斷交過
• Joey: 「I guess they weren't as good friends as we are.」
• Chandler 打醬油
• Ross 看 Monica 去噴霧曬膚感覺很酷，結果弄了個 12 級的顏色 (正常人 1～3 級)

S10E04 - The Cake

• Rachel 因為生日蛋糕的形狀不是兔子而是小雞雞，所以問 Monica 借了保時捷去換蛋糕 (沒換成)
• Monica 本來想跟 Chandler 周末去 Vermont，但最后被留下來照顧 Emma (大家都走了)
• Phoebe 本來有一個按摩客戶，她跑去給客戶吃了點安眠藥又趕了回來
• Joey 突然接到一個臨時試鏡，忙完之后趕緊回來
• Chandler 和大家玩了一個發條玩具跑步比賽的游戲 (贏的人可以離開)
• Ross 和 Rachel 為 Emma 一歲生日舉辦小聚會，老友團和 Ross 的爸媽全部到齊，打算錄像下來等 Emma 18 歲的時候給她看

S10E05 - Rachel's Sister Babysits

• Rachel 那個讓人討厭的妹妹 Amy 又來了，照顧 “Ella” 的時候給她打了個耳洞，還帶來了 Jill (臉和屁股) 胖了 15 鎊的事情
• Monica 本來以為領養無望，打算去買鳥了
• Phoebe 戀愛一周年，而且在 Mike 第三次求婚的時候終于 “答應” 了
• Joey 幫 Monica 和 Chandler 寫領養孩子的推薦信 (被錄取是因為他們看 Joey 的畫以為他還是個小孩子)
• Chandler 接到機構電話，他們被認定具有領養資格
• Ross 被 Amy 當作賣阿拉伯三明治的小販

S10E06 - Ross's Grant

• Rachel 和 Monica 都很不喜歡 Phoebe 的立體怪畫，但為了不傷害 Phoebe 的感情不得不放在家里

• Phoebe 要和 Mike 同居，Mike 非常討厭她的立體怪畫，所以 Phoebe 把她們送給了 Monica 和 Rachel
• Joey 想讓 Chandler 推薦自己給他們廣告公司，但 Chandler 不愿意還騙他
• Chandler 最后為了補償 Joey，吐了 Joey 的日本口紅廣告然后說了句「I'm a pretty little girl.」
• Ross 想申請一筆科研經費，結果裁判是 Charlie 的一個很可惡的前男友，最后經費沒拿到 Charlie 也跟他復合了

S10E07 - The Home Study

• Rachel 因為自己小時候蕩秋千頭發被掛住，心里有陰影，所以也不讓 Emma 玩
• Monica 為這次面試做了很多準備，最后有驚無險地通過了
• Phoebe 和 Mike 本來打算把結婚基金全部捐給兒童慈善機構，但最后被拒絕了 (因為太糾結)
• Joey 和負責面試的領養社工 Laura 以前有過一夜情，最后被撞見的時候靈機一動化解了危機

• Ross 成功說服了 Rachel，但條件是他要對付自己最怕的蜘蛛

S10E08 - The Late Thanksgiving

• Rachel 帶著 Emma 去參加兒童選美大賽，還拿到獎了
• Monica 本來今年不想操辦感恩節，但最后被 Phoebe 巧言說服了
• Phoebe 提議帶 Emma 去比賽，因為有 1000 美元獎金
• Joey 和 Ross 去看比賽，也耽誤了時間
• Chandler 最有意義的一個感恩節，因為在最后他們接到電話有個俄亥俄州的女孩子想讓他們來撫養孩子

S10E09 - The Birth Mother

• Rachel 帶 Phoebe 和 Ross 買衣服
• Monica 去見選擇他們來領養自己孩子的 Erica，本來想利用漏洞獲得領養資格
• Phoebe 打醬油
• Joey 和 Phoebe 的朋友 Sarah 吃飯，不愿意讓她吃自己的但又吃她的食物，最后還是沒能在一起
• Chandler 成功說服了 Monica，還成功說服了 Erica

• Monica, I want a baby too, but this woman is giving away her child. She deserves to know who it's going to.
• But you did like us. And you should. My wife's an incredible woman. She's loving and devoted and caring. And don't tell her I said this but the woman's always right... I love my wife more than anything in this world. And I... It kills me that I can't give her a baby... I really want a kid. And when that day finally comes, I'll learn how to be a good dad. But my wife... she's already there. She's a mother... without a baby... Please?

S10E10 - Chandler Gets Caught

• Monica 打醬油，這集有很多關于公寓的閃回
• Phoebe 和 Rachel 在 Central Perk 聊天，無意中看到 Chandler 跟一個女人聊天后坐車里去了，就打車跟著他們，發現他們去了一座大房子

• Chandler 去談買房子，最后如愿以償地得到了房子

S10E11 - The Stripper Cries

• Rachel 本來打算辦成高雅的聚會，最后為了 Phoebe 高興請來一個侏儒脫衣舞男
• Monica 當年學校派初吻給了 Ross
• Phoebe 單身聚會，要求請脫衣舞男
• Joey 參加智力問答，幫助急需用錢治療膝蓋的科學家贏得 1 萬美元
• Chandler 和 Ross 說起當年的君子協定，回憶起之前親 Rachel 的事情，也搞清楚了 Ross 當晚親的是 Monica

S10E12 - Phoebe's Wedding

• Rachel: 「It's so beautiful out there. You always wanted to get married outside. Why don't you guys just do it on the street?」
• Monica 負責主持婚禮現場
• Phoebe 終于不再「something was missing」，成為了世界上最幸福的女孩
• Joey 因為 20 年來最大的暴風雪很多人包括牧師都沒能來，所以再次作為牧師主持了婚禮，下面是致辭對白

• Joey: Friends, family, dog... Thank you all for being here to witness this blessed event. The cold has now spread to my special place... so I'm gonna do the short version of this. Phoebe and Mike, are perfect for each other. And I know I speak for every one here... when I wish them a lifetime of happiness. And may they have many children...who will one day avenge their family's honor. How could I not get that part? Stupid Ralph Macchio. Right. Ok. Uh, uh, who has the rings?
  (One of the groomsmen gives the rings to Joey)
• Joey(whispering to Phoebe): Ok.
• Phoebe: When I was growing up, I didn't have a normal mom and dad, or a-a regular family like everybody else, and-and I always knew that something was missing. But now I'm standing here today, knowing that I have everything I'm ever gonna need... You are my family. (She puts the ring on Mikes finger)
• Mike: Phoebe you're so beautiful. You're so kind, you're so generous. You're so wonderfully weird. Every day with you is an adventure, and I can't believe how lucky I am, and I can't wait to share my life with you forever. (He puts the ring on Phoebe's finger.)
• Phoebe: Oh wait, oh I forgot... and uhm... I love you... and you have nice eyes.
  MikeI love you too.
• Ross: Uh Joey?
• Joey: Yeah?
• Ross: Chappy's heart rate has slowed way down.
• JoeyOh, ok. Uh uh, Phoebe, do you take this man to be your husband?
• Phoebe: I do.
  (Joey has a "Yeah you do" smile on his face)
• JoeyOk uh, Mike, do you take this woman to be your wife?
• Mike: I do.
• Joey: I now pronounce you... husband, and wife.
  (Phoebe and Mike kiss)
• Phoebe: I got married! (everyone applauds) Could someone get me a coat, I'm freaking freezing.

• Chandler 搶 Mike 好不容易空出來的伴郎失敗，意外地代替 Joey 領 Phoebe 出場 (Joey 本來是 Phoebe 繼父代替者第一人選，但要主持婚禮)
• Ross 沒能搶到伴郎，但作為伴郎 (小狗) Chappy 的看護者

S10E13 - Joey Speaks French

• Rachel 的爸爸心臟病突發，在 Ross 的陪同下來看望，兩次想跟 Ross 親熱都被拒絕
• Monica 帶著 Erica 去了紐約好多名勝區玩
• Phoebe 死活教不會 Joey 法語，最后幫他把瞎寫的簡歷都涂掉了 (10 秒內喝掉 1 加侖牛奶，倒掉一大半都用了 30 秒)
• Joey 自稱精通法語，然后被邀請參加一場法語舞臺劇的試鏡
• Chandler 聽說 Erica 的一個男友用鐵鍬殺了他爸，本來挺擔心的，還好 Monica 查出了真相 (不是這個男友的兒子)

S10E14 - Princess Consuela

• Rachel Gucci 面試剛好老板坐她后面，結果面試失敗還丟了 Ralph Lauren 的工作，還好 Mark 再次做了 Rachel 職業生涯中的貴人，給她一份去 LV 的 offer
• Monica 和 Chandler 帶著 Joey 去看新房子
• Phoebe 本來改名成「Princess Consuela Banana Hammock」，但最后被 Mike 巧妙說服
• Joey 跟著 Monica 和 Chandler 去新房子，想最后勸說他們放棄，結果被原來住著的小女孩 Mackenzie 說服了「Well, if moving here is gonna make them happy, don't you want them to do it?」
• Chandler 真的在新家給 Joey 準備了一間房子
• Ross 獲得了終身教職

S10E15 - Estelle Dies

• Rachel 很意外 Ralph Lauren 會請她回去還加薪
• Monica 和 Chandler 去看看周圍房子和鄰居
• Phoebe 怕 Joey 難過瞞著他 Estelle 死了的事情，還假裝她的語氣給他打電話
• Joey 的經紀人 Estelle 死了，他參加了他的追悼會
• Chandler 最后一次遇到 Janice，為了不和她做鄰居，他再次向 Janice 表白
• Ross 為了讓 Rachel 留在紐約，幾次三番拜托 Ralph Lauren 的 Mr. Zelner (Rachel 前老板) 請 Rachel 回去并加薪 (Ross 和他兒子名字興趣一樣，很難搞)

S10E16 - Rachel's Going Away Party

• Rachel 和每個人一一道別
• Monica 指揮大家收拾屋子，最后 Erica 要生了，帶著她趕往醫院
• Phoebe 打醬油
• Joey 不收拾屋子，頭戴泡沫塑料讓大家打他腦袋玩
• Chandler 帶著男生們收拾屋子
• Ross 一直沒被 Rachel 單獨道別很生氣，但最后兩個人和好了 (一夜)

S10E17 - The Last One 1

• Rachel 最終還是決定要去巴黎追求夢想
• Monica 意外得到龍鳳胎，女孩以「Erica」命名，男孩以「Jack」命名 (取自 Monica 和 Ross 的爸爸)
• Phoebe 勸說 Ross 一定要去追 Rachel
• Joey 為 Chandler 和 Monica 搬家準備了踐行禮物「一只小雞和小鴨」

• Ross 在 Phoebe 的勸說下終于決定要去追 Rachel

S10E18 - The Last One 2

• Rachel:「I got off the plane.」
• Monica 幫 Joey 撬開了足球游戲桌弄出小雞小鴨，然后打點好一切，交出鑰匙帶著大家離開公寓，一個時代完結
• Phoebe 不要命地開車，給 Ross 出主意還騙得第一班飛機旅客集體下飛機，終于趕上讓 Ross 和 Rachel 再見一面
• Joey 想送 Chandler 的小雞小鴨掉進足球游戲桌里了，被 Chandler 送給他之后表示這樣他又多了一個回來看他的理由
• Chandler 把小雞小鴨再送給 Joey。最后 Rachel 建議大家出公寓之后去喝杯咖啡 (因為 Central Perk 是一切開始的地方)，他假裝問道「Where?」
• Ross 因為沒問清楚機場差點錯過和 Rachel 再次碰面，但真的相見之后 Rachel 還是毅然決然地上飛機，Ross 不想見任何人所以一個人回家了，在電話答錄機上聽到 Rachel 要下飛機的事情
