大賽參與方式：
微演說組：在指定時間內提交3—5分鐘時長的文字稿+音頻/視頻
書畫組：在指定時間內提交一幅表達主題的原創書法、繪畫、攝影作品
文藝組：在指定時間內提交歌舞、朗誦等藝術作品來表達
