Hello,
Upon further review of the activity associated with your Apple Developer Program membership, we have determined that your membership, or a membership associated with your account, has been used for dishonest or fraudulent activity. Therefore, your Apple Developer Program account has been flagged for removal.
If you would like to appeal this termination to the App Review Board, you must do so within 14 calendar days. When submitting your appeal, be sure to select "I would like to appeal an app rejection or app removal" from the drop-down menu on the Contact the App Review Team page. Otherwise, your Apple Developer Program membership will be terminated and all apps associated with your account will be removed from the App Store.
We found that your app is in direct violation of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, which states:
"You will not, directly or indirectly, commit any act intended to interfere with the Apple Software or Services, the intent of this Agreement, or Apple’s business practices including, but not limited to, taking actions that may hinder the performance or intended use of the App Store, Custom App Distribution, or the Program (e.g., submitting fraudulent reviews of Your own Application or any third party application, choosing a name for Your Application that is substantially similar to the name of a third party application in order to create consumer confusion, or squatting on application names to prevent legitimate third party use)."
During our review, we found a pattern of manipulative or misleading behavior that violates the Apple Developer Program License Agreement. These behaviors can include, but are not limited to, inaccurate metadata describing your app or service, misleading app content, engaging in inauthentic ratings and reviews manipulation, providing misleading customer support responses, providing misleading responses in Resolution Center, engaging in misleading purchasing or bait-and-switch schemes, and other dishonest or fraudulent activity within or outside of the app.
We do not disclose the specific findings of our investigations into Apple Developer Program membership accounts, and we have no additional information to share with you at this time. You can appeal this decision with the App Review Board at any time over the next 14 calendar days. When submitting your appeal, be sure to select "I would like to appeal an app rejection or app removal" from the drop-down menu on the Contact the App Review Team page.

線上5月份正在銷售的版本，已經近三個月沒有提交新版本審核，突然被下架。
可能原因：
1.被舉報
2.被蘋果抽查
3.最恐怖的猜測：在審核我們的另一個賬號新傳的App時，被疑馬甲包，所以跟線上的主App進行了比對，結果發現線上的居然有違規內容，導致主App下架。因為主App下架后的第二天，新的App被拒4.3。
我們傳的兩個包，用的是同一臺電腦，WIFI倒是有幾個，沒記住傳包時用的網絡，也可能是同一個IP，也許兩個App產生了關聯。
應該不是第3種情況，蘋果進入審核應該會給正在審核狀態，不會出現先審再改狀態的說法。
游戲中確實有兌話費、兌換碼、引導評論等操作，被下架后立即關閉了開關。

可以添加構建新版本，又上傳了一版，正在等待審核。（網上有說申訴期間不要上傳新版本，說是會破壞審核規則，申訴也會失效。但是我們這個情節不一樣，好多是因為正在審核中的版本被拒，收到違規通知，但是我們是線上的版本直接被下架。）
病急亂投醫，什么方式都想嘗試一下。（結果是無效！如果代碼沒變，最好還是不要上傳了！先等蘋果的回復再說，不申訴成功，蘋果不可能繼續審核的！）
8.1號 申訴+回復+撥打客服電話
2天后撥打客服電話，雖然都是普通話，聽口音像是個外國的妹子接的，起不了作用，人家不負責審核這塊，連幫忙催促審核也不行，只讓耐心等待！
3天過去了，無果！
一般情況下，App下架前，蘋果會有警告通知；但是這次直接下架，賬號被“標記刪除”，面臨14天后被封號的威脅。聽說是因為違規情節嚴重，蘋果才會先斬后奏。
封號后，所有App都面臨下架，除非將沒有被查的App提前轉移，這是最令人擔心的一點。
但是我們的并沒有立即轉移，因為它不是最明智的選擇，原因：
第一，轉移App會導致兩個開發者賬號產生關聯。
第二，轉移其他App的話，考慮到蘋果方會不會懷疑你心里有鬼，明明知道自己違規，還假裝不清楚。
第三，我們的另一個賬號上有個App被拒4.3，正在與蘋果交涉中，也不安全。
但是，聽說申訴結果出來之前不會直接封號。說明申訴一定會有回復，但是具體什么時間，什么結果不得而知。
2天至2個月，有的等了一個月還沒結果，這是蘋果的懲罰手段。好在現在被下架的產品，內購依然可以正常使用。但是，AppStore上已經找不到該游戲，不會有新用戶的增長。
我想，就算是重新上架，也會經歷很長一段時間。蘋果沒那么快就取消懲罰。

正巧趕上周六，并且這封郵件是直接在解決方案中心回復的，等過了2天后，周一早上才看到。
8.12號周一立即將一直正在等待審核的3.3.0.0包撤掉，因為跟之前被下架的App的二進制文件一樣，不改肯定過不了。下午3點左右提交新包之后，在原來的解決方案中心回復了一封郵件。

意思就是App正在審核，但是需要額外的時間。
中國早上8點，在美國那邊應該是晚上，不出意外的話，也許明天會有結果。
然后并沒有結果，正在審核 2 天了，聽說發此類郵件是延遲審核的意思，趕緊回復了一封郵件。
8.14號
尊敬的蘋果審核團隊：
感謝您的回復，為了避免對用戶產生更大的影響，希望您能盡快審核。
過了3個多小時，我們內部測試突然發現APP內購成功后會出現重大閃退BUG，不得不修復。涼涼的節奏？禍不單行！
正在審核中包，突然撤銷，會不會讓蘋果方產生懷疑？ 會不會影響APP的審核進度，會不會導致延遲審核？
打客服電話，人家不告訴你，你的困惑是否會發生，也沒義務替你分擔焦慮與不安。只說，你可以進行撤銷操作！對審核有沒有影響，看審核團隊，這些不是他們能左右的事。
版本是必須撤銷的，讓蘋果發現App閃退，也會被拒，說不定情況更嚴重，主要是他們審核的周期不確定；就算蘋果沒發現BUG通過了審核，這個版本也不能上線，因為會影響玩家充值數據統計和玩家體驗！ 太嚴重的BUG！
既然發現了這個問題，硬著頭皮不改也不是明智之舉。只能在解決中心發送道歉信，并且提交修復后的新版本：

8.15號 凌晨3點多 進入 正在審核 狀態
不幸的是：我無意間又發現一個閃退BUG，為什么沒測到？？？？ （加載廣告閃退，有個Vungle方法找不到，檢查了一遍代碼，并沒有改變，不知道抽什么風）刪除了那行代碼后，不再崩潰，只不過第一次總是加載失敗。可是之前手機上安裝的正式包，卻不會崩潰，難道我的項目哪里的配置變了？？？？好難！
看了下其他項目發現沒有調用那個方法，真的是以前SDK更新后屏蔽過的代碼，不知道什么時候變了！
但是，我不想重新提包了，再一再二不再三！等著吧，總是重提，自己都心虛！蘋果那邊不延長審核才怪！
硬撐的結果最多兩種情況：
1.蘋果發現BUG --- 打回重提
2.蘋果通過審核 --- 關閉廣告開關，之后再更新包
悲慘世界：下面這段話是網上看到的
主動取消審核再次提交，會延遲審核的，正常延遲 7 天。
如果之前 App 違規或者被拒超過 3 次，也會延遲審核，延遲大約 20 天。
我們的狀況是撤銷2次14天，違規20天，那延遲審核一個月沒跑了。9.15號再見？？？ 反正情況不樂觀，之前出現過延遲審核2個月的情況，好在最后過了。但是當時是更新版本，這次卻是重新上架，好難！！！壓力太大了！
上輩子是道數學題也沒這輩子是個iOS程序員難！！！！
8.20號 上午7.21 收到延遲回復

These behaviors can include, but are not limited to, inaccurate metadata describing your app or service, misleading app content, engaging in inauthentic ratings and reviews manipulation, providing misleading customer support responses, providing misleading responses in Resolution Center, engaging in misleading purchasing or bait-and-switch schemes, and other dishonest or fraudulent activity within or outside of the app.
We do not disclose the specific findings of our investigations into Apple Developer Program membership accounts, and we have no additional information to share with you at this time. You can appeal this decision with the App Review Board at any time over the next 14 calendar days. 結果回復郵件都準備好了，蘋果方來電話了。態度十分強硬，噼里啪啦指責一通，說我們游戲的代碼層面有財付通、支付寶、微信、短信、銀行卡、網頁跳轉等第三方支付方式，還去申訴，現在又審核一遍說我們一直沒有改正，而我們根本沒接這些東西。
否認后，不等你爭辯，立即放話說，如果執意不改，馬上給上級反饋要封號處理，牛逼壞了！我說，我不知道哪里出了問題，怎么去改，有沒有關鍵字什么的，好做處理啊。她說沒關鍵字，又說了說剛剛提到的內容，這次通話是給你們最后一次機會，如果不改，只能封號了。
后來我想到游戲是由Cocos2dx引擎開發，兼容安卓跟iOS平臺，里面可能是因為安卓渠道的一些支付接口導致。后來解釋一遍，又說但是去掉這些接口之后，iOS跟安卓就得分兩個項目對待，相當于我們要用雙倍的人力去開發同一款游戲。對方卻說我不管你們是怎么區分平臺的，iOS渠道不允許有這些東西，否則只能放棄iOS平臺。還讓我們檢查一下包里面是不是有提到的那些第三方的中文，后來讓游戲開發人員全局搜索一下還真有，嚇死我了，蘋果方連注釋都不放過！
結果就是安卓支付相關的代碼，注釋、資源全部去掉，不能做屏蔽處理，重新提交了一個包，幾分鐘后就進入正在審核了。現在是第二天，還處于正在審核，焦急！
就是說蘋果的AI掃描功能真是太強大了，敏感的字眼，中文也不例外，肯定都有大數據存儲。
為了以防萬一，我說馬上國慶節了會放假一段時間，大量修改肯定需要時間，然后收到的是14天封號倒計時警告。她回答說，時間肯定會給你們的，這個不用擔心。我又問如果因為我們的疏忽，可能導致一些點沒有完全改掉，會不會立即通知封號？她回答說，既然給你們這次機會，就會讓你們慢慢改好，改了盡管提交，有問題會再發郵件，不會立即給你封號。這次放心了！不用擔心時間問題，只要認真改就可能通過。
后來提交新包時，才看到通話之后的郵件回復，就是說，包里面依然存在隱藏第三方支付的問題，我們有其他的問題，可以繼續打電話詢問。
