上一篇提到了報價和詢價,今天要來整理下還盤和接受的郵件。
回復客人的還盤要特別小心,要本著珍視友誼和未來交易機會的態度。
回復還盤的郵件寫作常見的表達有:
1.對發盤的還盤表示感謝
Thank you for your prompt reply and detailed quotation.我們感謝您的及時答復和詳細的報價。
Thank you for the samples you sent in response to our enquiry of 8th June.感謝您對我方6月8日詢價的答復并寄樣品。
2.對無法接受報價并說明原因
We are sorry to tell you that we cannot take you up on the offer as the price you are asking is above the market level here for the quality in question .很遺憾的通知你方,我方不能接受貴方報價,因為貴方所要求的價格高于本地同等質量產品的市場價格水平。
I should like to point out that your choice in color and pattern is very limited and that the shades that are now fashionable are missing .我想指出,貴方產品在顏色和樣品方面選擇性有限,并缺少目前流行的色調。
3.對所希望的交易條件提出建議
May we suggest ?that you could perhaps make some allowance on your quoted prices that would help to introduce your goods on this matket .我們建議,如果貴方在所報價格的基礎上給予優惠,也許會有助于貴方產品的市場推介。
I regret that your terms are unsatisfactory and unless you can amend those terms we shall have to place our order elsewhere.很抱歉,貴方的條件不能讓人滿意,如果不能改變條件的話,我方只好另轉訂單。
4.希望對方能夠接受你所提出的建議
It is hoped that you would seriously take it into ?consideration and let us have your reply very soon.希望貴方能認真考慮我方的建議并盡快回復。
We hope you will consier our counter-offer most favorable ,and fax us acceptance at your early convenience.希望對方考慮我方的還盤,并盡快早發傳真表示接受。

Dear xxx:

Considering the quality of the goods offered ,we don't feel that the prices we quote are at all excessive,but bearing in mind the special character of your trade ,we have decided to offer you a special discount of 1.5% on a first order.
We make this allowance because we should like to do business with you if possible,but I must stress that it 's the furthest we can go to help you.
At least I hope this revised offer will now enable you to place an order .
