Mr.? Luo ZhenYu? told? a? story? in? the? last? spanning? year's? speech ,? he? had? considerable? chance? to? enter? those? rich? families? due? to? looking? for? house? with? his? friend.? There? are? no? any? misgivings? on? material? in? these? families.? They? are? all? well? off,? it's? not? a? problem? about? money.? But? their? life? styles? aren't? in? a? very? refined? way.? The? work? and? rest? is? in? chaos,? and? most? of? them? not? got? up? until? noon.? Their? appearance? are? sloppy,? neither? the? environmental? sanitation.? It's? completely? not? like? the? very? rich? life? ways? that? we? image.
We? often? think? we? can't? do? well? something? because? of? no? more? money? or? free? time.? Listening? to? concert,? watching? painting? exhibition,? dressing? well,? adorning? delicately,? fitting? shape…all? these? are? as? like? the? rich's? patent,? owning? enough? money? and? time? supports? the? interests? of? seeking? dainty? life.? But? the? truth? is? not? so,? it's? all? based? on? our? self-required? and? self-restricted.? Now,? when? I? find? someone? could? keep? on? doing? something? long? time,? no? matter? what? learning,? training,? getting? up? early,? writing,? baking,? always? beauty,? cleaning? room,? and? so? on? （all? kinds vof? good? habits）,? I? think? those? are? all? extraordinary.
羅胖在去年的跨年演講中，說到一件事，他因陪朋友看房，進入到不少物質富足的人家。這些人家，生活無憂，經濟優渥，錢對他們不是問題，但生活狀況卻并不雅致，作息紊亂，快到中午才起床，形象邋遢,? 家里環境也不講究，完全不象我們想象的有錢人的生活。
常常，我們把我們做不好的事情歸究于沒時間或沒錢，聽音樂會、看畫展、衣著得體、妝容精致、胖瘦適宜……這些，好象都是有錢有閑人的專利，有錢或有閑了，才有閑情去追求講究的生活，但事實并非如此，全在每個人的自我要求與自我約束，現在，當我看到一個人，能長期做好一件事，學習、健身、早起、寫作、烘焙、保持美麗、家里整潔……以及各種美好的品性，我都覺得是件了不起的事情。
