Restart network services on Mac ,with specific netcard name:
sudo ifconfig -l
sudo ifconfig en0 down
sudo ifconfig en0 up

After system installed completed you need to expand the space left on the sdcard:
raspi-config --> expand_rootfs

pi2 img list

-CentOS
