Lnc2Cancer簡介
Lnc2Cancer是一個人工管理的數(shù)據(jù)庫，它提供了lncRNA和人類癌癥之間全面的實(shí)驗(yàn)支持的關(guān)聯(lián)。通過對6500多篇已發(fā)表論文的分析，當(dāng)前版本的lnc2cancer記錄了1614個人類lncRNas和165個人類癌癥亞型之間的4989條關(guān)聯(lián)。尤其是，lnc2cancer還提供了實(shí)驗(yàn)支持的循環(huán)、抗藥性和癌癥預(yù)后lncRNas。此外，還顯示了由microRNA（microRNA）、轉(zhuǎn)錄因子（tf）、變異和甲基化調(diào)節(jié)的lncrnas。

msdd（MiRNA SNP Disease Database）是一個人工管理的數(shù)據(jù)庫，它提供了micrornas（mirnas）、single nucleotide polymorphisms（snps）和人類疾病之間全面的實(shí)驗(yàn)支持的關(guān)聯(lián)。miRNA相關(guān)功能區(qū)的單核苷酸多態(tài)性，如mature miRNAs, promoter regions, pri-miRNAs, pre-miRNAs and target gene 3'-UTRs，統(tǒng)稱為“miRSNPs”（一類新的功能分子）。mirsnps可導(dǎo)致microrna及其靶基因失調(diào)，并導(dǎo)致人類疾病的易感性或發(fā)病。MSDD致力于收集和存儲最新的實(shí)驗(yàn)支持的microrna-snp疾病關(guān)聯(lián)。通過對2000多篇已發(fā)表論文的回顧，MSDD目前記錄了182個人類miRNAs、197個SNPs、153個基因和164種人類疾病之間的525種關(guān)聯(lián)。
