昨天寫完陰陽之后有朋友問我：照你這么說，所有的病都可以按照陰盛、陽盛、陰虛、陽虛來劃分了？
當然不是啦。很少有人是單一體質，大多數人都是幾種情況交雜的，如：陰陽雙虛、寒熱交雜、或者內熱外寒等，只是其中某種的情況程度更深一點，所以表現出某一體質。
就比如說某人其實是陰陽雙虛，但是陽虛更嚴重點，所以外寒怕冷的癥狀更明顯一點。
學中醫，最關鍵的是要學會辯證。
中醫講究八綱辨證：陰陽、表里、寒熱、虛實。
已經說了陰陽，我今天就說表里。
表和里，是辨別病變部位在內、外、深、淺的兩個綱領，
是一組相對的概念。
皮膚與筋骨而言，皮膚屬表，筋骨屬里；臟與腑而言，臟屬表，腑屬里；經絡與臟腑而言，經絡屬表，臟腑屬里；經絡中三陽經和三陰經而言，三陽經屬表，三陰經屬里。

表證，指六淫等邪氣經皮毛、口鼻侵入機體的初級階段，正氣抗邪與肌表的病癥階段。
常見的癥狀有：怕冷惡寒，或者一邊怕冷一邊又發燒，頭身疼痛，骨頭發酸之類的，以及打噴嚏，鼻塞，流鼻涕，咽喉癢痛，微微咳嗽，氣喘，舌淡紅，舌苔薄，脈浮等感冒初期的癥狀。
一般病邪在表的時候，我們及時扶正氣，解表散邪，效果非常好。
如果是風寒感冒初期，就趕緊煮一碗濃濃的紅糖姜湯喝下去，然后去蓋著被子睡一覺，醒來一般就好了大半。
我們四川重慶地區的朋友可能都有這種記憶：小時候吹風受涼了，大人就會煮一碗面，放很多辣椒醬料逼你吃下去，讓你蒙頭睡覺，出一身汗感冒就好了。

相較于表證，
里證就是指病變部位在內，臟腑、氣血、骨髓等部位有病變，以臟腑功能失調為主要表現的病癥。
里證的范圍非常廣泛，表現形式也多種多樣。用一句話概括就是：除了表證和半表半里之癥，其余皆為里證，且多以臟腑癥狀為主要表現。
里證范圍太廣，沒法舉例~

半表半里之癥，顧名思義，就是指病變既非完全在表，又未完全入里，機體正邪相交，病位還處于表里進退變化之中的，以寒熱往來為主要癥狀的病癥，且多為膽經上的問題。
“病位還處于表里進退變化之中”，意思是如果處理得當，病邪很快就能驅逐出體外；但若是處理不當，病邪入里，那就要折騰一番了。
半表半里之癥，常見有以下癥狀：
1、寒熱往來，
總感覺身體一會兒冷一會兒熱，衣服老是穿穿脫脫。
2、胸脅苦滿，
胸腔中有脹滿的感覺，有的嚴重一點，甚至可以上至鎖骨，下至腰部。
3、心煩喜嘔，
心里煩躁惡心想吐，嘴里有時冒酸水。
4、默默不欲飲食，
沒有什么原因，就是不想吃東西。
5、口苦咽干，
感覺嘴巴苦，咽喉發干發癢。
6、目眩，
時常會有眼前發黑，視物昏花迷亂的癥狀。
7、脈弦。
手指摸到的脈搏，就像按到兩端拉直的琴弦，像緊繃的琴弦撥動一樣，而且有一定的勁度和急促感。
出現了以上一到兩個癥狀，就可以考慮用小柴胡湯啦。
小柴胡湯是張仲景在《傷寒論：辨太陽病脈證治中》的一大名方。
藥方由柴胡（30g）、黃芩（15g）、人參（15g)、半夏（15g）、甘草（15g）、生姜（15g）、大棗（20g）組成。
這個方子配伍非常巧妙，柴胡為君藥，疏肝理氣，降膽氣升肝氣；黃芩入膽經；半夏入胃降胃氣；人參甘草生姜和大棗都是補中扶正氣的，其中甘草還擔負調和諸藥的功效。
嫌熬湯藥麻煩可以買中成藥小柴胡顆粒。不過中成藥的劑量太輕，可以一次吃兩三包。

上次給一個妹子看病，妹子太生猛，一次吃四包小柴胡顆粒，還想試試五包，嚇得我趕緊制止了。太貴了，一張嘴就吃了十塊錢。
再多說一句，
小柴胡湯不是只能治療半表半里之癥哦。小柴胡湯通過組方加減，可以治療一切肝膽病或者膽氣不降之癥。
此外，膽經上面的問題，像是什么偏頭痛之類的，也非常對癥。
中醫治病是看癥狀，不是聽病名。
但凡出現了以上列出來的癥狀，都可以吃小柴胡湯。
像是什么醉酒后口苦難受，惡心想吐的，也可以吃小柴胡顆粒，效果好得不得了~
因為現代人的病，肝膽和痰濕問題占了80%以上，其中肝膽問題又更多。所以我在標題里說了解了這個藥方可以解決50%的健康問題，真的不是吹牛皮~
總之，家中常備小柴胡顆粒，誰用誰知道~~~
