Theme:Failure and Success

Roles taken: Grammarian and Joke master and TT speaker

Objectives:practice icebreaking skills and listening skills

Performance:I forgot the role of joke master so it was not successful.I need more preparation.

For grammarian I tried a new way to interact and motivate, seemed good

For TT speaker， I really got stuck with the topic and I searched quickly in mind and found a story of mine however didn't get quite close to the topic and the ending should be modified.

Details amazed me：

1.The opening hand shaking part really connects everyone.

2.The use of kindle and timing apps for experienced speaker David Fincher and the 1st evaluator（sorry for forgetting her name)

3.A very good lesson for me to hear the rehearsal speech.

My feelings：

1.Connected

2.wow for the details

3.ashamed for not being prepared for alot of times

Interpretations：

1.Getting people connected is easy.

2.Why some people are always better than others, because they pay more attention to details.

3.Get better prepared so that to show a good example to other members.

Things to do in 1 month：

1.Use the new method learned to get attendees connected.

2.Get well prepared for the details for the next speech and evaluation.

3.Get fully prepared for next speech and enjoy the show.
