睡到7：30， 8：08出門上班. 在公司樓下食堂吃早飯，拿了
玉米棒，茶葉蛋，銀耳羹，皮蛋粥，畫卷。中午去上普拉提。
午飯吃了豆腐，紅莧菜米飯。同事去曼谷，北海道帶回好多漂亮的糖.
