這本書里說，敏感帶給人靈性。（心理學書）。

但我覺得是，一定控制下的敏感更能帶給人靈性的同時也能更輕松容易的生活（規避負面影響）。但所有事情都是從out of control到under control的吧，or 至少所有個人相關的性格、特質等？

1.高度敏感的人tend to be預言家

2.如果highly sensitive,會 get the ability to predict possibilities of future. In particular,能get deeper reflections of the past and deeper insight of future.

3.參謀的角色。& so called 'weak' is not really weak for some people, it might be? just 參謀..

4.特質和自信，（自己覺得：但應該像完善人格一樣完善它，make it under control, 發揮其優勢，對其負面影響選擇性的有能力的ignore.很多東西是deserve ignorance的）
