In daily life it is so important to be continually checking our?attitudes, views, thinking, and background ideas. There is so?much fertile material that we can work with in our lives that?has the potential to grow wisdom. The Buddha, when he gave?us the Satipattana Sutta, intended it for lay people to use during?their everyday activities. He wanted us to come?alive?and to practice to find enlightenment. If we can find the?motivation to use it in this way, then we will see?just what a special gift he has given us.

日常生活中不斷檢查態度、觀念、想法和背景信息非常重要。生活中如此多豐厚可用的素材都有培育智慧的潛能。佛陀向我們開示《念處經》，旨在引導我們在日常生活中練習。他希望我們的練習活潑起來，進而開悟。如果我們能找到去運用此法的動力，將會發現他給予我們的是多么殊勝的禮物。

個人注解：佛法無處不在，人為的將其割裂為生活和修行是錯誤的。一切都是法，態度正確，所緣皆正確。
