指租約中規定有允許承租人轉讓其權利的條款，或出租人對承租人的轉讓權無異議。租賃的轉讓不同于轉租【sublease】，二者的區別在于：在轉讓租賃時，承租人應將自己對于不動產享有的全部權利轉移給第三人；在轉租時，承租人可以僅將部分權利轉移給第三人。

Finance leases strongly resemble security agreements and are written almost exclusively by financial institutions as a way to help a commercial customer obtain an expensicve capital item tha customer might not otherwise be able to afford.
