我司App【東家】是個匠人電商平臺，15年4月份上架，一直沒啥問題。但是3月初，新版本提交審核被拒，并把我們老版本下架。
給的原因是：

Your app sells products from third-party retailer, however, the seller and company names associated with your app do not reflect the retailer in the app or its metadata, as required by section 1.2 of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement.
Next Steps
Your app must be published under a seller name and company name that reflects the retailer. If you have developed these apps on behalf of a client, please advise your client to add you to the development team of their Apple Developer account.
Once created, you cannot change your seller name or company name in iTunes Connect. For assistance with changing your company name or seller name, you will need to contact iTunes Connect through the Contact Us page.
對此我們非常崩潰，之前審核都沒有問題我們新版本只改了一些牽涉到功能的代碼和App相關介紹。審核不過還下架老版本影響更大，因為當時我們運營正在舉行一個翡翠原石切割直播的活動，對我們新用戶獲取造成了很大影響。
先搜了一會兒，沒有明確的解決方案，但是隱約覺得是那幾個原因：
1. 開發者賬號不是企業郵箱注冊；
2. 開發者賬號和和企業認證域名不一致；
3. APP名稱和公司名稱差很多。
我們給蘋果打了電話，他們就是話術“我們也無能為力，但是可以走我們正常申訴流程”，也沒有了解到更多信息，比如解決方式之類的。
于是只能默默在后臺走正常流程。感覺英文說不明白（水平不行），直接用的是中文，第二個工作日就過審成功啦。
具體是：
1. 說明App在App Store更新了幾十個版本，一直以App Store為主市場；
2. 提供后臺登陸郵箱的域名和官網域名（技術支持網站）都是屬于我司的截圖；
3. 提供APP名稱【東家】的商標注冊書；
4. 提供我司關于【東家app】的軟件著作權；
5. 提供我司和匠人（也是商家）的合同首頁和末頁（蓋章頁）；
6. 告知我們正在進行大型活動，下架對我們造成了嚴重影響。
總之，說明白app就是公司產品就行。希望對大家有所幫助。
另外，今天我司app因為熱更新的問題又收到了違反政策通知……
“Please perform an in-depth review of your app and remove any code, frameworks, or SDKs that fall in line with the functionality described above before submitting the next update for your app for review.”
不說了，我去哭哭一會兒。
