3、還是要處理好自己跟社交平臺的關系。昨天想著嘗試不使用微信，但發現現在連打卡都得倚靠它。手機像是器官一樣伴隨著自己。光有一份警惕之心還是不夠。后面還得想點辦法來應對這個問題。瓦爾登湖里，擁抱自然，遠離科技的日記，只能是現在的向往和期待了。不過還是有機會實現的。不忘初心。

4、還是要完成自己給自己安排的聽寫內容，再做需要打卡的內容。其實現在基本已經習慣，打卡程序很束縛我自由 的天性。后面如果自己成熟，就可以選擇退群了。生活還是圍繞著自己轉，其他的外在的人事物只是配角。這點后面權衡一下。
