注意這里的easy不是說: 很容易. 而是慢一點, 小心一點的意思.
和我們平常說的take it easy中的easy是一個意思.
off的本意是離開, level的本意是級別. 連起來level off就是說不要再上上下下波動, 維持目前的高度.
