Summary:

In these chapters, Trevor recalled his various friendship and tuck-shop development.

Teddy and Trevor got along like a house on fire. They stole chocolates together. Unfortunately, Teddy was arrested, but Teddy did not confess him. Meanwhile, the police thought the guy in screen was the white, not Trevor.

Trevor once worked as a middleman for Bolo and Andrew for a year. Andrew was impressed by his personalities. So later, Andrew bequeathed unto Trevor his CD writer as thanks. With the CD writer, Trevor become a balling?mogul.?

Bongani and Tom were two middlemen of Trevor. Tom, opposed to Andrew, promised to help Trevor get a date with a beauty in order to get his free CDs and get with the sister. As a result, new outfit and cornrows hair gave Trevor a makeover. But Trevor found the girl could not speak English in the end not in the beginning since Tom's did not tell Trevor. This is just Tom's trick.

Selling pirated CDs is the place where his life of crime started off. Then it gradually evolved into hustling. After monitor was shot by cop, he ended his CDs business.

Reflection:

"I chose to live in that world, but I wasn’t from that world. If anything, I was an imposter. Day to day I was in it as much as everyone else, but the difference was that in the back of my mind I knew I had other options. I could leave. They couldn’t."

Trevor's mom helped Trevor see the real world, not only the Africa. So Trevor can dream of what he can imagine. He run fast, operated own successful tuck-shop, realized some theories from trivia, and could tell the right and wrong. He won in both the mental and physical. Therefore, he could leave, They couldn't.

I think owning the ability to leave from anything at anytime at anyplace is important. I like watching movies and reading fiction, even spend plenty of work hours on them. I couldn't leave them at the time when I should leave. So sometimes I couldn't accomplish my tasks on time. This just happened in my study since I was a student. But if I can not learn to leave, I will suffer irreversible damage to my career, even the life in the future.
