郭廣昌的學習方法,首先是去看和了解不同的人與事。復星大量的投資項目和潛在投資項目給了他這個機會。郭廣昌說,很多人會問他,做產業運營、整合與投資,每個項目都要去看,去跟團隊交流,累不累?他的回答是,這其實正是他的學習方式,“你看到了不同的人、認識不同的事物、了解不同的想法,這些都是學習。”
看到這些林林總總的人與事之后,更重要的是,去思考別人說的事的邏輯是什么?沒說出來的事和邏輯又是什么?“邏輯非常重要。并不是每個人心里想什么就能說什么、表達好。這不能怪他,因為背后會有商業敏感性的問題;但沒聽懂,那就是你自己的問題。如果說真的沒有聽懂,那肯定堅持去聽,還要去悟。”
除此之外,郭廣昌每天會給自己留下一點什么都不想的時間,哪怕只有五分鐘。這五分鐘時間,他會靜下來盤腿冥想,放空自己,或者去練習太極。
“總之,一定要給自己留下空間去思考、去聽、去看、去學習。尤其是要去傾聽競爭對手的想法、傾聽客戶的意見。當然有時候客戶的意見并不見得一定是對的,所以要去分析,能把客戶的個別案例和數據相結合,這也是學習。”
復星內部的學習,郭廣昌強調的是“案例學習”。在郭廣昌看來,傳統商學院發現成功企業,組織團隊研究和寫作案例,然后再教給學員,這種方式已經不再適合今天。“時代發展太快,當教授把企業的案例寫好,這個企業已經不是當初的那個企業了”。
他提倡要關注活生生的商業案例。復星把公司的每一次投資決策都當成案例學習的重要部分。為此,他改變了自己的出差習慣。以往他都是一個人出差去談判,現在,他覺得,多帶幾個人,其實也是給大家一個共同學習的機會,“你對這個問題怎么看、怎么談的,別人又是怎么看的,這些都是學習”。除此之外,復星還會把商業案例復盤,在內部有每周晨課、午餐和晚餐的分享、培訓計劃等。郭廣昌一直強調的是,在工作中學習。
郭廣昌說:“我覺得,我們這輩子最幸福的事情是生在了一個迅速變化的時代。在這個變化的時代里,有那么多演員在演出,更何況我們還坐在前排,可以看得很清楚,可以向他們學習。所以我們要享受這個時代,享受這種生活,享受我們可以不斷去學習、進步。”
