3.用戶未安裝微信時，顯示微信登錄圖標(biāo)

4.app不能被正常加載

在審核時，有些頁面無法被加載，且沒有友好提示或者某些功能無法使用

解決:一般情況下，App都是經(jīng)過測試后才會上架，但是有些情況會無法正常加載：例如

  • app使用了定位功能：數(shù)據(jù)根定位返回數(shù)據(jù)，apple審核不是在大陸境內(nèi)審核的，此時app需要對境外定位進行特殊處理
  • app使用了防火墻：有些app只提供境內(nèi)訪問，境外訪問會被墻，apple審核不是在大陸境內(nèi)審核的，需要在和服務(wù)器人員溝通，審核時關(guān)掉防火墻
  • 特殊功能只在某些時段開放：例如app某些資質(zhì)認證功能是接入第三方的，然而只在8:00-18:00開放，其他時間不開放，中國大陸的app審核一般apple都是在晚上審核的(應(yīng)該在美國吧)，所以這些功能就不能用，所以你需要隱藏某些特殊功能，或者調(diào)整時間段

5.接入系統(tǒng)級功能但未使用

This includes removing any HealthKit-related keys in your app's Info.plist as well as removing any calls to HealthKit APIs, including those from 3rd party platforms, from your app.

  • 關(guān)閉你項目中的capabilities里面的HealthKit
  • 代碼檢查下是否使用HealthKit框架
  • 去apple developer賬號里面檢查app id,關(guān)閉HealthKit
  • 刪除相關(guān)證書和配置文件，重新制作。
  • 如果你的項目中沒有使用HealthKit,這些權(quán)限提醒就不要加

6.后臺持續(xù)定位

Guideline 2.5.4 - Performance - Software Requirements

Your app declares support for location in the UIBackgroundModes key in your Info.plist file but does not have any features that require persistent location. Apps that declare support for location in the UIBackgroundModes key in your Info.plist file must have features that require persistent location.

Next Steps

To resolve this issue, please revise your app to include features that require the persistent use of real-time location updates while the app is in the background.

If your app does not require persistent real-time location updates, please remove the "location" setting from the UIBackgroundModes key. You may wish to use the significant-change location service or the region monitoring location service if persistent real-time location updates are not required for your app features.

上面的字面意思是：程序添加了持續(xù)定位功能，但是蘋果審核時并沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)哪里有用到？這個提示其實有好多情況：

  • 情況1：
    項目確實沒有用到持續(xù)定位功能。
    解決方案：Capabilities - Background Modes - Location updates 關(guān)閉這個選項

  • 情況2：項目確實有用到持續(xù)定位功能。但是入口深，蘋果在審核時一時沒有體驗到持續(xù)定位功能。
    解決方法：如何你持續(xù)定位功能入口深，審核人員發(fā)現(xiàn)不了，那就拍個視頻演示下，然后進行申訴；

  • 情況3：使用了第三方的地圖定位組件比如：高德/百度。你會發(fā)現(xiàn) 這些組件要求Location選項是勾選的，但是審核被拒。取消勾選Location選項，程序又會崩潰，不能使用組件；
    原因：項目中使用的地圖定位組件(高德/百度)在使用單次定位時需要開啟項目的Capabilities - Background Modes - Location updates后臺定位模式。
    解決方法：

  1. Capabilities - Background Modes - Location updates 關(guān)閉這個選項
    2.添加下面的分類到程序中

7.包含支付相關(guān)的代碼

We discovered that your app contains hidden features. Attempting to hide features, functionality or content in your app is considered egregious behavior and can lead to removal from the Apple Developer Program.

Specifically, we found that your app includes AliPay (支付寶) and Taobao H5 Payments, which provides access to external payment mechanisms and enables the purchase of content, services, or functionality by means other than the in-app purchase API.

    我的項目里使用到了支付寶 AliPaySDK，集成了支付和授權(quán)相關(guān)功能。任何支付相關(guān)的內(nèi)容apple都會強調(diào)使用內(nèi)購，使用第三方外界支付無異于在從apple碗里搶肉吃，所以如果不是購買實物類型的支付，那都建議使用內(nèi)購。

  1. 由于項目并不是十分依賴支付，所以把支付相關(guān)的代碼暫時注銷了
  2. 但是項目依賴支付寶授權(quán)(登錄、認證)，所以我在回復(fù)中添加了說
    明：

app已經(jīng)將支付相關(guān)的代碼刪除，僅保留了AliPaySDK相關(guān)的授權(quán)功能，不再涉及支付。另外我們并沒有在app中找到相關(guān)Taobao H5 Payments的功能，如果有煩請詳細指出。

We found in our review that your app provides services or requires sensitive user information related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Since the COVID-19 pandemic is a public health crisis, services and information related to it are considered to be part of the healthcare industry. In addition, the seller and company names associated with your app are not from a recognized institution, such as a governmental entity, hospital, insurance company, non-governmental organization, or university.

Per section 5.1.1 (ix) of the App Store Review Guidelines, apps that provide services or collect sensitive user information in highly-regulated fields, such as healthcare, should be submitted by a legal entity that provides these services, and not by an individual developer.

Next Steps

To resolve this issue, your app must be published under a seller and company name of a recognized institution. If you have developed this app on behalf of such an institution, please advise your client to add you to the development team of their Apple Developer account.
