Cultivating a special habit, and persisting with it is very difficult.
I'm in the habit of cultivating fitness, learning foreign languages, professional skills, stock analysis and reading everyday.
Start at 6 am every morning.
The two days of starting early have been good, but because of sleeping so late, and getting only 5 hours of sleep the whole evening, the third day’s plan is directly affected, my body feels very tired, and I feel that to persist is really a very difficult thing.

最近我在培養每天健身、學外語、專業技能、股票分析和閱讀的習慣。
每天早上6點鐘起床開始執行計劃。
前2天還好,結果由于晚上睡覺過晚,導致一晚上只睡了5個小時,直接就影響了第3天的計劃,整個身體都很疲憊,覺得堅持真的是一件很難的事情。
