在宇宙中心的中心，有一顆散發著溫暖光芒的行星。這顆行星充滿著生機和力量，散發著最強卻不刺眼的光芒。即使從另一顆行星望過去，也會發現這顆行星是夜空中最亮的星星。這顆行星就像是世界的中心，如果她死亡了，整個世界也會毀滅。在這顆行星上，有一棵叫做世界樹的參天大樹。這棵樹從這顆行星誕生的最初就存在，也可以說它從這個世界誕生的時候就存在。人們無法計算這棵樹已經活了多少年，因為宇宙充滿了未知，現在還沒人能夠準確計算出這個宇宙已經存在多久了。如果說這顆行星是這個世界的中心，那么這棵樹就是這顆行星的能量源泉，支持著整顆行星乃至整個世界的運轉。這棵樹擁有整個世界的智慧，它最重要的工作之一就是把它的智慧傳給那些被選中的人，并且教會他們如何去凈化這個世界的黑暗面。世界樹每一百年會選擇十二個孩子，而這些被選中的孩子即被稱為世界樹之子。
在這顆行星的某個地方，一個小女嬰誕生了。在她誕生的時候，她的整個身體散發著閃亮的光芒。不像其他的嬰兒是哭著誕生的，這個小嬰兒是笑著誕生的。她純凈的笑聲充滿著誕生的喜悅，這喜悅仿佛像是擁有了自己的生命，游動著擴散向了她所居住的整個村莊。村里的所有居民都感受到了這股喜悅，也感受到了小嬰兒的誕生。他們低下頭，將雙手合十交叉在胸前，祈禱著這個小嬰兒能夠健康快樂地長大，克服生命中的難題，并順著命運的指引前行。
There is a planet, which is green and powerful, located in the center of the universe. The planet is like the heart of the whole world; if it dies, the whole world will end. There is a tree called The World Tree that has lived on this planet for billions of years. It contains the power of life and wisdom, and its work is to pass on its wisdom to the chosen ones, and teach them how to purify the dark side of the world. The World Tree will choose 12 children every hundred years, and the children who are chosen are called Children of the World Tree. Somewhere on this planet, a baby girl is born with luminous light around her whole body. Unlike other babies, she is laughing instead of crying.
