特別說明：以下罰單申訴方法，不適用于公園內收費停車場的ticket，hearing officer查詢不到該類tickets的 citation number。可能因為公園收費停車場運營是一個企業或者獨立機構，缺錢，罰了一般不吐。而以下方法是指政府行為，如警察貼的路邊罰單等，會有contest成功的可能性。
前不久參加朋友聚會，在一個公園里燒烤，第一次去這個公園，所有人都是，玩的非常開心。但是所有參加人的車都被貼了罰單，無一幸免。如果一個人被罰可能是故意違反規則停車，抱有僥幸心理。而所有人的車同時被罰就不應該是我們問題，事實證明，該停車場在我們進入的方向沒有明確標識，在停車點前只剩下一個空桿，沒有標識牌！
這樣坑，被40美刀罰單，不服！憑什么把中國人的錢白白地交給美帝，要勇于與一切不合理現象做斗爭！
對于認為不合理的情況，和國內一樣，進行申訴，美帝的罰單申訴有兩種渠道：
- 向處罰部門申訴撤銷
通常不會接受，處罰部門一般不會接受自己處罰錯誤。
我先向管理部門提交了dispute的材料，等了半個月，收到一封來信，告訴我不接受，罰款不變。

Here's How to Contest a Parking Ticket in Minneapolis
You'll need to see a hearing officer to discuss the case. Hearing officers are available at the downtown Minneapolis courthouse, and at the three suburban Hennepin County courthouses in Brooklyn Center, Edina and Minnetonka. The downtown Minneapolis courthouse sees cases on a walk-in basis and by appointment, the other three courthouses see cases by appointment only.
Take the parking ticket, a photo ID, and any documentation you may have to support your case. The hearing officer has the power to reduce the fine or cancel the citation if he/she agrees with you.
Hennepin Criminal & Traffic Division，提前電話預約，**Call the Court Payment Center (Metro (651) 281-3219, Outside the metro 1 (800) 657-3611) to schedule an appointment **。只有Hennepin Co. Goverment Center接受直接的walk-in和預約，其它幾個都只接受預約。
