THE PLOT：

1.Andy was sent to jail;

2.Andy started to talk with red;

3.Andy was bullied by the Brogs sister;

4.Andy got a chance to work out the jail, and he won the beer for his co-workers;

5.Andy was assigned to the library;

6.Andy made tax return for the jailers;

7.Andy received the fund of the state government, Williams came in;

8.Andy was innocent and Williams was shot;

9.Andy went back to his profession,and escaped.

我的體會(huì)：

①最開始被the brogs 欺負(fù)，不屈不撓，斗智斗勇；后來被獄警保護(hù)。 ?實(shí)力才是根本。如果他沒有能力，不能為他人創(chuàng)造價(jià)值，那他也就不會(huì)被保護(hù)了。

②Williams。這個(gè)孩子too young too simple，最終被典獄長給害了。 換句話說，他擋了典獄長的財(cái)路了。

③Brooks。被體制化了，沒有學(xué)習(xí)能力，離開了體制，啥也干不了！一定要不斷學(xué)習(xí)，不斷進(jìn)步！
